Nestled on a deep slice of the island’s north end, this oceanfront beach house enjoys a uniquely forward position amidst its neighbors offering a wide view over low dunes and bringing the sound of the surf.

The rich pinewood interior with white-washed accents imparts vintage Pawleys throughout while offering plenty of modern conveniences. The first-floor common areas include a dry bar, comfy TV den, and two eating areas on either side of the open-concept kitchen.

A screened porch, three perfectly positioned decks, and a private beach boardwalk provide prime outdoor living spaces. The cozy oceanside screened porch comes with a bench hammock, rocking chairs, and adjacent sundeck tucked behind the dunes. The boardwalk includes a halfway-point gazebo as well as built-in benches down near the beach.

When it’s time to savor a coastal sunset, the west facing deck on the first floor is ready and waiting. A top floor deck offers above-the-rail raised seating for an unobstructed breathtaking panoramic view – perfect for dolphin spotting by day or stargazing by night.

BEACH ACCESS: The private boardwalk, leading from the oceanside screened porch, offers a sundeck on the near end, a halfway point gazebo, and built-in benches on the far end tucked behind the sand dune. A short footpath over the low dune leads to the beach. For those who wish to avoid navigating the sand dune, a sandy but well-worn path is located just one door over heading north on Atlantic Ave.

CREEK ACCESS: The Shell Road boat landing is located just one door north along Atlantic Ave.

LENGTH OF STAY: Available Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial-week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours. Guests are responsible for all damage caused by their dog. Please see Pet Policy for more details. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs.
