Beautifully updated ocean front 3rd floor Bridgewater 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo in Litchfield. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, top of the line king mattress, and all the amenities of Litchfield by the Sea. Stay here to relax at the pool or on the beach, play tennis or pickleball, golf nearby at one of the nearby award winning courses, or sample low country cuisine at one of many amazing Pawleys Island Restaurants. This location is truly great for it all! The balcony is the perfect ocean view spot for morning coffee and afternoon refreshments!
We offer a keyless door entrance so no waiting in long registration lines. And we are local to assist during your stay!

*Dog friendly for additional $175 fee, processed closer to the time of stay.
*Please note our cancellation policy below. If you choose to cancel, processing fees will be applied.
*PLEASE read the rental agreement before signing. We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day.
*We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay.
*Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.

This is our third time staying at Bridgewater. The grounds are well maintained. This property was clean and fit all of our needs. We always appreciate being allowed to bring our dog. Being steps from the beach was a huge plus. I would recommend staying in this unit.

Pro: Clean, Beautiful view Con: Extremely small condo Galley hall style kitchen with no counter space to prep meals. No dishwasher. I would definitely ask for something bigger next time.

One Bedroom Condo

Very clean & nicely decorated in a very nice neighborhood. Loved the oceanfront view. Several grassy areas for walking our pet. A few minor items which can be easily fixed was toaster didn’t work well & needs replacing/ light in bathroom across from refrigerator was flickering and needs a new bulb. Beach was great without a lot of shells or seaweed/ smooth sand.

Nice Condo

Very clean, well decorated condo. The kitchen was smaller than I expected, but that really wasn’t a problem for us. The kitchen was well equipped. The ocean view was wonderful! The location was great and Litchfield by the Sea is a very nice gated community with walking paths. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

The sheets and pillows from the closet and drawers had a funky smell. It took a while to get the sofa bed repaired so that we could close it. TV in living room was confusing and often we couldn't get it to show Spectrum. Other than those things, it was fine.
