Lovely home in North Litchfield beach bordering Huntington State Park. Close to a bike path, beach, golf courses, grocery stores, and dining. This home has all the extras your family could need including a front porch, 3 TVs, a grill, a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, and 2 master bedrooms both with private baths. Open concept living with large table and seating area. Washer and dryer provided on the main level. Covered front porch and a patio area for more outdoor enjoyment. Linens and towels provided. No pets allowed at this property. There are two outside security cameras on the property. No cameras inside. One side of the garage for use. Come enjoy this wonderful place!

We loved our stay at the property. The location is convenient to amenities and is one of the less crowded areas surrounding Myrtle Beach.Beach access was easy, just a short drive from the property to parking area. The house was clean, spacious, well-appointed and in a quiet neighborhood. Check in and check out were very easy and the hosts were very responsive to any questions that we had. We will definitely in this property again.

In The Middle
.

This is a beautiful location. The property is awesome with equipment onsite for various activities. The property is located “In The Middle” of anything you want to do. Beach is a short walk one direction and restaurants are a short walk in the other. Shopping and entertainment are just a short drive away. Beds were very comfortable. The overall experience was wonderful. I do plan on coming back for more time at this site!!!

Great open social area!

House was nicely appointed with lots more than the "bare necessities" of a rental home. Spacious open social area (kitchen/dining/living). Main bedroom was very large with a beautiful bathroom. Definitely recommend!

Wedding Weekend

We enjoyed this property for the weekend while in town for a wedding. It was close to everything that we needed. Stocked with supplies and kitchen essentials. The property was very clean. My family is already asking to book in the Summer.

Outstanding!

This is a relatively new house that has been beautifully maintained. Everything was very, very clean. All necessary items like tissues, TP and towels were in full supply. While we didn't use them, the garage was full of beach items -- chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. Convenient location very near Highway 17 and close to all Litchfield and Pawley's attractions. Would rent this property again in a minute.

Girls weekend at Pawley Island

Location is close to shopping, restaurants, beach, golfing and anything else you could want. The host is gracious and very easy to reach if needed. The house is fully furnished with everything you could need.

Wonderful stay!

We truly enjoyed the convincince of the easy communication with the owner about our minor concerns to plans for future stays. We had a very comfortable, clean, and spacious area for our girls only weekend. The owner has thought abhas mad sure we had anything we could ever need!

Fantastic Experience!

Michael was an excellent host and his place was fantastic! Check in was easy, the house was spotless and the beds were comfortable. I loved how stocked and organized the kitchen cabinets and drawers were, complete with pictures on where everything goes- making unloading the dishwasher quick and easy! The distance to the beach was short and in a quiet, safe, and beautiful neighborhood. This house deserves more than 5 stars and I hope to return.

Great location for wedding at Brookgreen Gardens

Overall, nice property! Good internet and TV service. Easy entry. Host answered all questions quickly. I would stay there again if I needed something larger than a hotel room. Minor complaints - there is no fenced in back yard even though listing said there was. Grass areas mostly weeds. There were brackets for baby gates at the staircases, but no baby gates. These would have really helped with the toddler. Pictures indicate 2 car garage, but owner's car takes up half of garage so only room for 1 car. Like I said, these are minor and would not stop me from using property again.

Fantastic!

Host was very responsive and so accommodating. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. Location was great. It is walkable to the beach but we mostly biked to the beach and we rented a golf cart to carry beach chairs. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again,

Rained all weekend, but the house is amazing

The house is very nice. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. It was very easy to use the keypad to get in, and the house was very clean. The en-suite shower has amazing water pressure and the temp. is fantastic. The host was very easy to get a hold of and answered all questions fast. It is relatively close to the beach, though not right on it. It's about a 15 minute walk, which isn't too far for us. The price is good, especially it you are splitting it between family and friends. Cheaper than a hotel if you have 8 people to split it with. Would return in the future.

This house was everything we needed for a great vacation. Great location and the neighborhood was really nice. Owners did everything they could to make our stay amazing. The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected but once we got there it was worth it.
