GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules. Minimum age of 21 to rent condo.



We supply starter kits for essentials such as toilet tissue, bath soap, etc...guests are responsible for extra supplies if needed. This is a private condo at the resort, not managed by the front desk.



Security Deposit options (only 1 can be chosen):



1. optional $40.00 non-refundable damage waiver



2. $500.00 authorization, released 3-5 business days after checkout
