The common areas are located on the top (second) floor along with a powder room, primary bedroom suite, and back deck boasting Adirondack chairs and the sound of the ocean’s surf.

A TV den is located on the first floor along with three bedrooms, two full baths, washer/dryer, and access to another back deck. Internal and external stairwells as well as the elevator provide convenient transit between all floors.

A fenced garden courtyard with covered furnished patio and grill are featured behind and under the house in addition to an outdoor shower and covered parking.

BEACH / CREEK ACCESS: Approx. 3-minute walk. Leaving the driveway, head south 4 doors down and a short block over on Second Street or head north 6 doors down and a short block over on Third Street for beach access. The nearby Third Street public boat launch is perfect for launching a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the beautiful tidal creek.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours. Guests are responsible for all damage caused by their dog. Please see Pet Policy for more details. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs.
