This amazing villa is tastefully decorated and has a large L-shaped living room ( 120 m2) with a modern seating area, flat-screen TV ( 65 inch), with 150 channels , Wifi and Netflix. Their is a dining area with 12 chairs, a spacious open kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, Induction cooking plate, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, microwave (Induction) , oven and washing machine. The place is fully Air-conditioned (8 aircons) with ceiling fans on every room, high speed WIFI true the property.

The villa has 6 bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms, all bedrooms have double beds, 4 x Queen size and 2x King size, on 2 bedrooms we have a 55 Inch TV. Their are 4 ensuite bathrooms with 1 seperate Bathroom all with hairdryers, daily free Shampoo and Shower Gel.

From the living room you walk through the sliding doors to the terrace (70 m2) where you find a private swimming pool ( 10 x 10 x 10 meters, L shaped) and beautiful garden, with 6 sunbeds for a relaxed stay. Our large outside dining area offers plenty of shaded seating, perfect for those BBQ evenings.

The Villa is situated on a 1.200 m2 land with beautiful gardens, the biggest private property you will find in Pattaya. And on the compound we have 24 hours security with night surveillance.


On arrival
On arrival the beds will be made, 4 towels will be provided on each room and we will welcome you at the Villa to give you the keys and all the information. The refrigerator will be filled when you arrive with 24 bottles FREE drinking water, we provide daily Free Shampoo and Shower Gel on every bathroom.


Daily Cleaning
We have a daily cleaning service, our cleaning girls will come and clean the house every day for you.
After 6 nights we will provide clean sheets on the beds and change the towels.

At the Villa you will find a information map about restaurant, bars, golf, supermarkets, tours and the many attractions in and around pattaya.

The Neighborhood
On the compound is 24×7 security and night patrols. The estate is located just off a main road with plenty of good restaurants and fine bars including a Irish Pub, Super market, fresh food market, a German bakery (Fresh bread every morning), ATMs, shops and massage spas all just a few minutes walk from the villa.

Private Taxi service
The Villa has a private taxi service, our driver will pick you up at the Villa and bring you to the beach, City, Supermarket, restaurants or other places you like to go, all prices for this service are in the information map at the Villa for you. Grab and BOLT taxi's are available within minutes

We have a taxi service to pick you up from the Airport or Bangkok city, cost depending on how many people, send us a request and we will send you the prices after your booking with us.


Electricity is excluded from the rental price, the meter will be taken on arrival, cost are 8 Baht a kWh, water is free of charge.

During your stay you can contact us 24/7, we are always there to help you when there are any problems.
