Great studio apartment in Patong, bright and spacious! Large sea view rooftop swimming pool, convenient location. Only an 8 minute walk to Patong Beach and 5 minutes bike ride to Jungceylon mall and Banzaan Market.
This convenient studio offers a king bed, sofa, and TV with international channels. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, hair dryer, and a washing machine is available as well as a drying rack.
The fully equipped kitchen has a full-size refrigerator with freezer, stove and all utensils.
In the common area, there is a fitness center and from the rooftop swimming pool you will have an amazing view of the city and Patong bay.
Key card access to the building, CCTV cameras and a professional security team at night provide a high-security level. Facilities also include indoor parking spaces, elevators, and smoke & heat detectors in all units.
The area is peaceful and quiet, yet so many attractions and activities just minutes away. The beach is within easy walking distance. The international shopping Mall, night markets, numerous restaurants and the buzzing nightlife of Bangla Road are also close by.
