This cozy and bright 1 bedroom apartment is nicely furnished and has everything you need for your perfect vacation! Located in North Patong, close to shops, cafes and the beach, but in a quiet secure area.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and it's fully equipped for your convenience. It has a king-size bed, wardrobe, laptop desk with a chair, and a safe box in the bedroom.
The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed, so we can host 3 people or a couple with a child. Please let us know in advance if you need us to set it up before your arrival.
A sitting area in the living room with a flat-screen TV is available for you to entertain and relax after a day out. Apartment has a large private patio with outdoor furniture and opens up gorgeous views of the ocean and the city.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, stove and all utensils for cooking your own meals. There is a dining table with chairs too.

The Unity II condominium (The Bliss building) has seven floors of accommodation for long-stay residents and holiday guests.
There is a fitness center and a rooftop swimming pool with a terrace for you to have amazing views over the city and the ocean.
Key card access to the building, CCTV cameras and a security team at night provide a high security level. Facilities also include indoor parking spaces, elevators, and smoke & heat detectors in all units.

Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.
Late check in is available on request free of charge.
