Welcome to your perfect getaway in the heart of Patong! This holiday home is ideally situated just a 7-minute stroll from Patong Beach, surrounded by a variety of local restaurants, cafes, and shops. The nearest 7/11 is conveniently located around the corner, while Banzaan Market, Jungceylon Mall, and the vibrant Bangla Street are all within walking distance.
Our bright and cozy apartment offers ample space and functionality, complete with modern furnishings and air conditioning. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
The open-plan living area features a seating sofa and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, complemented by private Wi-Fi access. There are two bedrooms: one is an en-suite bedroom with a queen bed, and the other includes a single bed plus an additional kids' bed, making it perfect for families. We can accept a total of 3 adult guests with an extra child that can sleep on that bed.
Step out onto the balcony with outdoor seating to relax after a day at the beach. A washer is also provided on the balcony, ideal for longer stays.
Cook your meals or prepare beach snacks in the equipped kitchen, complete with a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all necessary kitchenware.
Enjoy the condominium's amenities, including two communal pools, a fitness room, guest parking, laundry room (coin-operated), 24-hour security, and CCTV. The standout feature is the rooftop swimming pool at The Deck, offering breathtaking views of Patong Bay, the city, and the surrounding mountains - great spot for enjoying stunning sunsets.
