Open concept floorplan with dining room table for 8-10 with bar seating for 6. Great for a few families looking for a weekly escape. If you like watching sunsets on the covered porch(30ft above the water)looking at your family and friends on the pier, you found heaven on earth! If it’s hot or cold, you can sit inside and see everything from the 2 -12 ft by 8 ft window sliding glass doors over the porch to the bay and pier. This house has it all!
