A welcoming open floor plan makes it ideal for entertaining, while expansive outdoor spaces invite you to relax beneath centurion heritage oak trees and enjoy the extraordinary wines of California’s Central Coast.

🌡️ Mini-Split System Notes
For best performance, please avoid running all mini-split units simultaneously. Use the main unit during the day and bedroom units at night. Do not set temperatures below 68°F, as this may cause the system to freeze.

Paso Robles wines are known for their higher alcohol content. We strongly recommend arranging a designated driver or using one of the following services:

⚠️ Cancellation Policy

🗓️ Can I cancel my reservation?
It depends! Reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.
Reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking may be canceled with no penalty, unless within 72 hours of check-in. Any reservation with a change of dates within 72 hours of check-in will be subject to penalty.
All cancellations after 24 hours of booking are subject to a non-refundable 3% merchant service fee charged by Stripe.

☀️ When is check-in? Can I check in early?
Maybe! Check-in is guaranteed at 3:00 pm or later. Early check-in opportunities may be assessed on the day of arrival based on availability. Please reach out prior to your arrival to inquire.

⏰ What time is check-out? Is late check-out an option?
Check-out is by 11:00 am on your departure day.

Late check-outs are based on availability and incur a fee:
• $35 for a 12:00 pm checkout
• $45 for a 1:00 pm checkout

After 1:00 pm, the full night’s room rate plus tax will apply. On or before departure day, please contact us before 11:00 am to inquire about availability or make arrangements.

🐶 Are you dog / pet-friendly?
We sure are! A $45 per-stay fee (limit 2 pets per room) must be added to the reservation prior to check-in. Please complete payment before arrival through the “Add a Pup” upsell option.

💳 What are the direct booking payment options?
For all direct bookings, full payment is due at the time of booking.
For reservations made well in advance, a split payment option may be available: 50% at booking and 50% due five days prior to arrival. This option must be arranged manually, so please inquire before booking.
