Please note: Oaks and Madeira is a working vineyard and olive oil farm. You may see our friendly farm staff on the property during your stay as they go about their day-to-day tasks. They will not disturb you and are respectful of guest privacy at all times—but you may spot tractors, vineyard maintenance, or olive grove work happening nearby.

To finalize your reservation, guests must:
✔ Sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.
✔ Pay a refundable deposit before arrival.

⚠️ Please Note: Due to the remote location of this property and the private one-way dirt road with a narrow single-lane bridge, no oversized vehicles are permitted. This includes large trucks, commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, and dually trucks. We’re always looking for ways to make our property even better for our guests! Currently, we’re working on some exciting upgrades, including a brand-new pickleball court, solar with battery backup, and even a pool in the future. While you may notice occasional improvements happening around the property, rest assured that all work will be wrapped up by 5 PM each day, and no work will take place on weekends. The grounds may not be picture-perfect during this process, but your comfort, privacy, and experience will always remain our top priority. Due to extreme fire risk, the wood-burning fireplace and Santa Maria–style BBQ are not for guest use and may only be operated by a hired private chef. A propane BBQ is provided for guest use.
