The vacation home Lights on the Lake, located in Parzanica and overlooking Lake Iseo, is a two-room apartment of 42 m2 divided with practical rationality: a bright living room with an open kitchen and television corner, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a fully equipped bathroom. The apartment has modern and functional furnishings and is dominated by light, thanks to the large French windows in the living room and the bedroom, both of which open onto the terrace that spans two sides of the house: this represents in fine weather a true extension of the domestic space, is equipped with an extendable awning and conveniently allows dining outside. It communicates moreover with a small garden, also owned by the dwelling. The view from the terrace is priceless and soothing and allows one's gaze to travel over the lake and the green mountain amphitheater that surrounds it.

The living room is dominated by the white kitchenette: modern and fully equipped, it offers induction burners, the built-in electric oven and microwave, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher, and coffee maker. Just beyond - opposite the large window - comes the living area, with dining table and sofa opposite the smart TV. In this room there is also an air conditioner split, capable of cooling the entire house (heating is instead provided by the radiators in each room).
The bathroom is large and complete: in addition to the wall-hung fixtures - sink, toilet and bidet - there is a shower stall and washing machine. The bedroom is a cozy and restful room: also potentially very bright thanks to the French window overlooking the terrace, it features the double bed and full-height closets. The split for air conditioning is also present here. The flooring throughout the apartment is large porcelain stoneware slabs in the mottled hues typical of travertine. Lights on the Lake is equipped with wi-fi.

The apartment's hospitality is made complete by the presence of a communal swimming pool, surrounded by a lawn that serves as a solarium: a great asset that-in the period from May 15 to September 30-allows idle vacationers to spend entire days without moving. Reserved for apartment guests only (and not for any visitors), the pool is governed by sets of common sense and hygiene rules that regulate access to it and which guests are asked to respect, along with quiet hours and other house rules inspired by good use of the premises and respect for the environment.
