Welcome to GreenDesign, Aparthotel Parsberg,
a hotel with lots of wood, regionally sustainable.
With the GreenDesign, Aparthotel Parsberg we want to show that a different kind of hotel is possible. For the guest, as well as for nature. A place where progressiveness, hospitality and inner peace are not mutually exclusive, where sustainability does not mean sacrifice, but the joy of new solutions.
All 11 serviced apartments with balcony are equipped with kitchen/kitchenette and air conditioning (powered by photovoltaics).
The central building, the suite house with the 3 suites (Jagdsuite, Traumsuite, Lebensfrohsuite) is situated in a quiet location. Our modern suites offer a wonderful view from the south-facing balcony into the private garden. Breakfast is served in a private atmosphere in the Culinarium, which has a large dining room, a living room, an open kitchen, an outdoor seating area and a balcony.
Opened in summer 2023, the Ecovilla with 8 air-conditioned studios (all equipped with a walk-in wardrobe, kitchenette with daybed in the living area and relaxing balcony) offers plenty of space for a private living atmosphere at home with friends.
The GREAT studio in the EcoVILLA (Bärenstraße 3) offers plenty of space for a nice relaxing stay. On 27 m² and with a king-size bed (180x200), the Studios Great have everything you need, whether for a short trip to the Upper Palatinate, a business trip or a longer project stay. Each Studio Great has a fully equipped kitchenette with basic equipment, a walk-in closet, a workstation, a living area with a day bed (180x70/90cm) and air conditioning. All Great studios have a large south-facing balcony with a view of the garden, are soundproofed to a high standard and are located in the immediate vicinity of Parsberg town center. Many walking and forest paths as a green lung are in the immediate vicinity.
Afternoon coffee/tea in the Living Room (living room in the neighboring building Bärenstraße 1) is included and the HonestBAR with a stocked drinks fridge offers a temporary home from home. A lovingly prepared organic breakfast in the Culinarium of Bärenstraße 1 can be booked on request.
The 600 m² relaxation garden, the fitness area and the attractive 150 m² sauna area in the neighboring building (100 m away) guarantee relaxation.
