Paros Villa Dioni, pool luxury villa in Santa Maria

Villa Dioni is located in the north part of Paros in Santa Maria, an ideal vacation spot, which is one of the most select areas in Paros. It is only a few minutes walk from the beautiful and famous Santa Maria beach. Moreover, it is ten minutes away from the picturesque village of Naousa by car.

Villa Dioni is a property of 172 m2 situated in a 4200 m2 gated plot of land including a 12m x 4,5m sized swimming pool which is exclusively for the private use of the guests of the villa.
There is another independent villa at a lower level in the plot, which is solely used by the manager of Villa Dioni who, should guests wish, is available for any information during or prior to their stay.
The lay-out of the two villas, each with their own entrance, ensures the privacy of Villa Dioni’s guests not only at the villa but at the swimming pool area too.
The property is surrounded by olive trees, local plants and aromatic herbs. The villa offers panoramic views of Naxos and Filizi islands. It combines both tranquility for a relaxing vacation when needed and the opportunity to be in the heart of Naousa’s entertainment within a few minutes.

Cycladic architecture and minimal designs combine with cool tones of white and grey creating an ambient atmosphere for the guests.

Villa Dioni consists of 2 floors:

On the ground floor, there is a living and dining room area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double queen-sized bed and a separate bathroom. There is also a service room equipped with a washing and a drying machine.

As for the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms with large queen-sized beds and sea views and one with twin beds. All three bedrooms share a pergola covered large veranda/sitting area.

The villa’s exterior space blends harmonically with its environment. There is a pergola shaded dining area with a marble table for 8 people and sea view, overlooking the pool, where guests can enjoy their breakfast, lunch or dinner. The swimming pool area is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas for relaxing moments throughout the day.
