Nestled in the heart of picturesque Alyki village, our brand new (May 2023) fully equipped home combines mesmerizing views of the Aegean along with easy walk (within 250m) to everything one could ask during its stay including crystal clear waters of sandy beaches, a small marina, local convenience stores, cafes and traditional seafood restaurants, playground, pharmacy, bus stop etc.

The space
Arriving at OneAlyki, you can park at your private parking space. As you step inside our 71sqm home, you'll be greeted by the bright and airy living space. The open-plan design creates a seamless flow between the cozy living area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen (including among others Miele cooking equipment, Nespresso coffee machine etc) perfect for preparing delicious meals with local ingredients. You may also wish to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc in the 32’’ flat screen HD tv or read a few of the books provided.

The house features 2 comfortable bedrooms, with a double bed each, equipped with luxury mattress, crisp linens and fluffy pillows. Large lighted closets cater for clothes and personal belongings. The two stylish bathrooms offer modern amenities and refreshing showers.

The home’s air conditioning system (VRF) is independently controlled in each room providing ideal temperatures and atmosphere while window nets allow for the cool breeze to flow.

One of the highlights of our house is its outdoor balcony where you can soak up the Greek sunshine or enjoy a nice meal under the shade of the umbrella with views of the sea and the sunset.
