The villa has two spacious double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms for ultimate privacy and comfort. One ensuite boasts a jacuzzi bath with a shower head, while the other offers a cyclades style walk-in shower.

The bedrooms are designed with relaxation in mind, offering large wardrobes with plenty of storage space, air conditioning but most importantly large space and light. The master bedroom also enjoys a TV and a secluded private patio accessible directly from the bedroom's French doors. A perfect secret space for a quiet morning breakfast or individual meditation retreat. For larger groups or families with children the master bedroom is equipped with an additional single bed, while the living room sofa converts into a comfortable bed if needed, allowing the villa to host up to 6 guests.

The open-plan living space flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a full-size fridge, oven, dishwasher, whilst a washing machine for added convenience is located in one of the bathrooms. A spacious dining area invites you to gather around the table, while the generous outdoor patio extends your living space, featuring a shaded lounge area, a large dining table and comfortable seating area for eight. There are separate sitting areas around coffee tables both inside and outside the property .

Step outside to your private pool, shimmering under the Aegean sun, framed by natural stone whilst the garden around it features old olive trees, lavenders, bouganvilias clambering up the walls as well as colourful and perfumed roses. This creates a symphony of colours and aromas bringing an unmistakably Greek paradise. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee on the terrace, cooling off with a swim, or unwinding with a glass of wine as the sky turns pink, this villa is a sanctuary of simple luxury. The sun is reaching directly the pool area from early morning to sunset. You can decide either to sunbathe reading a book on the sun beds provided allowing the sun to caress your skin or retreat in the shade as needed.

Ideally located, the villa is just a short 10 minute walk from the beautiful and free for everyone Aliki beaches, charming fishermen restaurants, as well as all amenities of Aliki. With private parking outside the villa entrance and easy 10 min drive to the airport, this is the perfect base for a relaxed and effortless island getaway. Car rental is recommended to enrich further the holidays by choosing from so many unique in character beaches as well as exploring the night life vibe of Naoussa and Paroikia as well as visiting the so many historical locations within the island.

Please note: The Greek Government requires an environmental tax of €8 per day from April to October from all visitors. This fee will be charged separately in addition to your stay as it needs paying directly from you based on the length of stay with us. We kindly ask that it be paid via a bank transfer to our bank account or PayPal prior to gaining access to the property. A separate receipt will be provided for this payment as it is not included in your overall booking cost.
