TW 43 - Quite Forest Cottage Next to Rathtrevor Beach
Nestled in the centre of this amazing development is this spacious one level beautifully appointed cottage. An easy 5 minute walk will take you to the warm sea and sand of Rathtrevor beach.
The backyard flows onto Rathtrevor Provincial Park (347 hectares, no fence, just look right into the trees). The park gives a feeling of peace and tranquility.
This 1,300 sq. ft. one level home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The master king bedroom is tucked quietly in the back. There is a 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 3rd Bedroom with twin beds. Master bedroom has a 4 piece en-suite bathroom (soaker tub, glass enclosed shower stall), and in floor heating. There is a second 3 piece bathroom again with in floor heating.
The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and gas stove. Indoor dining seats 6 and if you prefer to dine al fresco, then enjoy the forest from the patio complete with gas BBQ and patio table and chairs.
Lovely comfortable seating in the living room with cozy corner gas fireplace make evenings with family extra special. There is also an in-suite full size washer and dryer. WiFi is complimentary and there is a flat screen TV with DVD player for your down time.
Situated on Resort Drive there are also many amenities within walking distance.
Pets are not permitted in this property.
Private fire pit on the beach for Tanglewood guests. Available when there are no fire bans.
Booking Policy
To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that the following policies
are respected during your stay:
âą The primary guest booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
âą Check-in time: 4:00 PM
âą Check-out time: 10:00 AM
âą Events, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted on the property at any
time.
âą Guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy limit specified for the cottage.
âą Guests are required to respect the propertyâs designated pet-friendly or non-pet
friendly status. Require to kept pet on leash and clean up after your pet.
âą A non-refundable booking fee of $99 plus applicable taxes applies to all
reservations.
âą Smoking is strictly prohibited in accordance with both resort policies and
individual property rules.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to providing you with a relaxing and
memorable stay.
Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit is refundable
minus the booking fee of $99.00 plus applicable taxes. Final payment is charged to your credit card 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable for the full amount of the booking. Additional fees & rates are non-refundable.
Breakaway Vacations will do their best to accommodate special requests including
specific cottages, however, as all cottages are privately owned and Breakaway cannot
100% guarantee specific cottages. If your specific cottage request cannot be met, you will be placed in a cottage that matches as close to your request as possible. We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, the Property does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control.
