This newly renovated top floor unit is immediately next door to the Payday ski lift and Park City's Legacy Lodge, including ski school, rentals, restaurants, bars and more. Payday lift, ski school, restaurants, bars, apres ski, alpine coaster, zip lines, ice skating and more are all right outside the door. During winter you will be at the heart and center of skiing and, during summer, you will be at the heart and center of mountain biking, alpine slides, hiking, scenic chair rides, festivals, farmers' markets and more.

This 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom features a beautiful open plan format. Living room features fireplace, TV and comfortable seating including sofabed. Gourmet, fully equipped kitchen featuring granite and stainless steel appliances. Fresh, mountain modern decor with beautiful hardwood floors is sure to please.

Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, corner exposure, and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom features two queens and TV. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and TV.

Great stay! In a central location, was able to walk, take the bus, and take the chair lift into downtown. The place had plenty of space for 4 adults, 2 toddlers, and 1 infant.

Great location but this apt is not luxurious.

The location is amazing, the rest is not. The apartment has a bad smell, beds (top bunk bed is unsafe) that are falling apart and no closets. It is not luxurious at all. There are literally no closets and a dozen throw pillows so you just trip over your stuff all day long. The shower handles were disconnected and there was no water pressure. Also, the pool and hot tub are a 10 min walk outside away. the garbage disposal is also a 5 minute walk outside to the most disgusitng bin room. The garage is in a different building's garage with very few suv parking spots. I also want to mention that I would double check all communication with the office verbally and in writing. Patrick, the head of reservations made a huge mistake in my reservation and blamed me even though I had proof that he messed up. The owner Brad came through and fixed the situation for me but it was extremely stressful for no reason. Kristen in housekeeping was very kind and helpful.

Great location

Prime location, very well kept clean good accomodations. I would definitely use this exact property again - Only negative was that we thought there was a hot tub in the building. There is no hot tub at the building, it has “access” to a hot tub at some other building across the street somewhere.

Cozy Property With Comfortable Beds

For ski in/ski/out this would be a great place to stay. We stayed in the summer. The property is close to historic main street and not too far from all the fun close to highway (Olympic Park). Easy drive to Empire Pass and sights along the Utah Valley. Only draw back is lack of closet space. We used our suitcases as closets which didn't both us too much. There is a long bench in the master perfect for laying the suitcases open throughout the stay. Hosts are super nice and responsive.

Amazing! Has Everything You Need!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property! It is a great layout and has everything you could need or want! There is storage for your skis, boots and helmets and there is a boot and glove warmer. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans/etc. They also have a fun game cabinet! The heated floors in the bathroom were also a nice surprise! When we got there we had a lot of questions about parking, etc and the management was super accommodating! We called (multiple times) and Ben answered all of our questions and was very helpful. Also, the location is awesome! Just ride the elevator down and you are on the slopes! Really enjoyed our stay!

Great location with skiing as the priority

The place was great but certainly not as big as the pictures indicate (fairly common). It's a bit far from town, walkable but having a car is recommended if that's your intention. The code for the door didn't work when we arrived but we called and they eventually got us in without too much trouble. Also, the mattresses really are quite poor, somewhat of a personal preference but really really soft and more of a heavily used kind of way versus an intentional way. Ultimately, we loved the location and easy access to the mountain.

Best Location / great property management team

First off the location cannot be beat. Directly in the center of Park city Mountain Village. Is located above the corner store which has nearly any and all options for food and your kitchen replenishment that you’ll need while you’re there at your stay. Directly across the square no more than 100 yards from the ski school and snowboard school. Right next to the Legacy Lodge and there are three places if not more to rent skis and everything you need. Hope we get a chance to come back and that this property is available again.

Great Location

Condo was well stocked and conveniently located, garage parking, updated surfaces, clean, washer and dryer comes in handy. Management contact replied quickly with inquiry answers. A few minor cons... No Fan, VERY squeaky master mattress, TV volume is wonky and we never did get TV to work in master bdrm. The only soft seating is one couch, not enough for my family of four, and def not if filling the unit which sleeps 11. Not the end of the world, but an issue nonetheless. Floor heating in bathrooms was a nice upgrade although we didn't use since we stayed in the summer. I would def recommend this unit and would stay here again.
