The luxury residence offers the opportunity for wonderful gatherings of family and friends with plenty of room for everyone to spread out in ultimate comfort. You'll appreciate the superb craftsmanship of the deluxe home, including multiple decks, patios and views.

The heart of the three level home is the second level, relax in the living room, prepare feasts in the sumptuous kitchen and play games around the dining table. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is appointed with high-end appliances, so bring the chef in the family and don't forget the gas grill on the balcony, ideal for your favorite grill master to prepare socially-distant meals.

Enjoy relaxing in the afternoon sun on the balcony year round, summers dine al-fresco, and both daytime and night enjoy the golf course and valley view.

Lower level there is the family room/den, broad windows provide a spectacular view of the golf course and valley beyond, while large screen TV is available for movies, sporting events, previewing home videos and more. Ideal for mixed age groups, such provides a space distinct from the main living area for teens to gather, and kids to watch movies, while doubling as a 5th bedroom with its pull out sofa and full bath. The master bedroom, located on the top floor, is spacious and elegant. Fireplace warms the evening, while sofa and private balcony face the panoramic vista. King bed is provided facing the valley and golf course as well. The modern ensuite bathroom is designed to lavish you with double bowls, massive steam shower and large soaking tub.

Luxury appointments go well beyond the master suite, second and third bedrooms providing warmly decorated sanctuaries with queen beds and seating. Modern ensuite baths are a given, and one of the bedrooms enjoys a private balcony.

Extremely clean and beautiful! Check in and out was a breeze, plenty of space. Everything we needed was inside, organized and neat. Roughly a 5 minute walk to Frostwood lift. Would happily stay again!

Home Needs to be Optimized for User Experience

This was our fifth time staying in the Canyons area in similar townhomes. The location of this home is convenient and we appreciated the communal pool and exercise facilities.While the top two floors of the home are comfortable, the entry-level leaves a lot to be desired. There is no front door, so you enter through the garage into a small 3x5 foyer. Surprisingly, there are no hooks for coats or wet ski gear, and the coat closet was locked. With no storage in the garage either, organizing ski gear is a challenge. The mgt. company provided a retail coat rack upon request, but it took up most of the space in entry room, which was also considered a place where someone to sleep.Since the home has a no-shoes policy, getting everyone suited up to ski, while avoiding the carpet was nearly impossible. To make matters worse, the pull-out couch is located in the entry floor room - meaning anyone sleeping there has no privacy. This is also the room where the coat rack was placed, so it even further reduced the room's usefulness.The kitchen has a very small pull-out pantry. Unfortunately, it was stocked with oils, spices, and leftover food dating back to 2016. We had to clear three shelves just to make room for our groceries.In the living room, the sectional couch consists of seven separate pieces that slide around easily on the carpet, making it uncomfortable and awkward for group seating.Overall, this home has potential, but small adjustments could make a big difference.

Great Property. Great Kitchen. Made my own sledding hill on the golf course outside the door for the little ones to play. 5 Minute walk to gondola made everything super simple! The door stopped working midway during our stay but contacted host and they fixed it immediately!

Great experience

The house is modern, spacious and looks to have been built very recently. Finishes are very nice, kitchen has commercial grade appliances and bathrooms are top notch. Boot liner and glove warmers are a nice touch, especially for a family with young children. It’s about a 5-7 minute walk to the lifts. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Place To Stay in Park City!

A very nice place for a large family or group of friends. Modern amenities, decor and high end features and surfaces throughout and the location was great for both views of the surrounding area and access to the Canyons for skiing/boarding. The Steam Shower in the master bath and the hot tub on the deck were a definite plus after a day on the slopes.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view

This property is exactly as shown in the photos. The layout provides spaces for people to retreat to. The view off the balconies is one of the best in the area. The kitchen is stocked with anything and everything you might need. The pool was great. We had a great time experience in this home.
