Ideally located on Park Avenue in Park City Utah, and a very short walk to Park City Mountain Resort, this two bedroom condo has vaulted ceilings and a large loft for additional sleeping. The common area has a courtyard and a large hot tub and in unit private laundry for your use.

The Queen master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The Queen second bedroom shares a common bathroom. A very large loft area acts as a 3rd bedroom has two Queen beds. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, gas stove top, everything you need, and opens up into the dining and living room that steps out on to the private deck. A set of bath towels are provided for each guest and each bathroom has a hair dryer!

The condo is centrally located for skiing, hiking, biking, and on the free bus route. No car needed! Catch the free city bus (stop is right in front of the building) and go anywhere in the Park City area. This property is within walking distance of Park City Main Street (Old Town), Park City Mountain Resort ski base and lifts, Starbucks, grocery, liquor store and Cole Sports for ski rental and gear. A fantastic free bus app gives you to the second arrival and departure from the bus stop right in front of the building on Park Avenue.

So convenient to all needed amenities that most guests do not rent a vehicle, choosing instead to walk, use the free city bus (2 minute ride to Old Town), or use ride apps like Uber or Lift. Only a 2 minute bus ride to Main Street (Old Town) where the great shopping and restaurants are located. This property allows you to save money by not needing to rent a vehicle only to park it. Use a ride app, shuttle or private transportation service from the airport and leave the rental vehicle behind! Parking is a surface lot and first come-first served.

kitchen was well stocked, right on busline (7 minutes to deer valley, 1 minute to park city), close to supermarkets and 7-11 right across the street open 24 hours for last minute items. 2 bedroom with large loft with two queen beds. excellent stocked kitchen, very responsive to requests. Excellent wifi.

very good location for skiing. literraly a 6 minute walk. the free bus that takes you down town or really ALL over town stop right in front of the condo. 1 minute from your door to bus stop. the management was responsive and very nice. the property it self is in good shape. clean. all the stuff you need for a good trip to Park city. the Skiing was fine with the exception of no real snow. all man made snow. so it was like Easy coast skiing, which we were coming out here to avoid. Maybe next time. we would stay at this location again.

Great spot for skiing

We had three adults and four kids. Could have easily been two couples plus kids. We skied daily. It is about a 13 min walk to the village. We rented so we didn’t have to carry skies and walk in boots. The place has a nice layout and all the amenities you would need. The managers were super responsive and came and fixed a couple of little items that broke.

Great location, Very Comfortable

This property is located in a primo location in Park City. The bus stop is right in front of the condo. If you decide to drive to Deer Valley or Park City to ski, it a short drive. A grocery store and Starbucks are close by. The condo itself is comfortable and the kitchen is nicely equipped. There were only four of us, but the condo would easily accommodate 6.

Ski trip

We had a group of 6 stay at this property for a ski trip. The condo is a beautiful and cozy place to stay. It is very well stocked and clean. We loved the hot tub and the walkability to park city slopes. If we return to park city we would stay at this vrbo again.

Loved this Condo and Location!

This condo is in the heart of Park City. You can walk to Park City Mountain for skiing. The free bus stop is right in front of the condo where you can get most anywhere you need to go (Canyons for skiing, dinner, grocery store, Main Street etc.) eliminating the need for a rental car. The condo was so clean and comfy and accommodated my family perfectly! Loved that you can walk to Starbucks too! Would definitely book here again!

Family wedding trip

Went to Park City for a family wedding and enjoy some hiking and sightseeing with the fall colors. The check in / check out process was simple, and the condo was clean and everything was in working order. The location was perfect for us.

Air conditioning was not “advertised “ - it is 2023 who does not have air conditioning when it is 100 degrees outside? We ended up leaving early because it was so hot in the condo. I would not have booked that condo if I had known it did not have air conditioning.

Perfect place to stay

This place is perfect. The bus stop is literally right in front of the condo and it takes likes 3 min to get to the slopes once you get on the bus! Same for coming back to the condo, just jump on the bus that says Main Street. The condo had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable as well. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Park City.

Excellent property with everything you need and want

Great location, 10 minute walk to lift even in lots of snow. Well kept private residence with all the amenities you could want and an outstanding hot tub just steps off the front porch. Will definitely stay again if available next time we visit Park City.

Awesome location

We had a fabulous stay. The condo is nice furnished and very comfortable. We used the Park City free bus, which stops right in front of the condo, to get to the slopes and into town. The fire place and hot tub were much appreciated after a long day of skiing.

Wonderful condo.

We stayed here with family of 5. Had some minor appliance issues that the property manager responded to very promptly. Great location. Layout is great. Things that were well thought out compared to other properties we’ve stayed at: lots of hooks for clothes and coats, lots of wet storage space for dirty ski boots and snow boots. Enough for at least 6 people to have 2 pairs of snow covered shoes. No complaints. Will definitely stay here again. Easy walk to first time lift in snowboard boots but wouldn’t recommend in ski boots. Easy parking. East trolley to Main Street.
