You will love skiing directly to your backdoor in this two-bedroom, two-bathroom ski-in/ski-out first floor condo overlooking Park City Mountain Resort’s mountain views and plenty of sunshine. The condo features a modern, mountain design with upgraded furnishings. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please without having to worry about the morning parking rush or afternoon traffic.
The updated kitchen includes beautiful, custom maple cabinets, clean granite countertops, and updated appliances and lighting. Snow Flower’s open floor plan allows ease of conversation and a direct line of site to the slopes from the common living spaces. The breakfast bar comfortably seats three with an additional seating for six in the dining area.

The living room is furnished with comfortable modern furnishings including a 46" LCD smart TV, queen-sized sleeper sofa and gas fireplace.

The main bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed, large flat screen Smart TV, and a wall safe. The en-suite private bathroom includes modern fixtures and granite countertops, and custom wood cabinetry.

The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be made into a king with at least 24 hours advanced notice. It also has a 27” LCD smart TV. The second bathroom has tile flooring, a beautiful walk-in tiled shower and updated light fixtures. For additional privacy, the second bathroom is conveniently accessible from the guest bedroom and can be used as a second main suite.
The condos “mud room” helps you keep the condo tidy when you’re in and out, with a bench, cabinet and plenty of space for storing coats, hats, gloves and other ski gear.

For your comfort, condo amenities include three TVs, DVD, wall safe, and wall mounted hairdryers.

During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.

On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.
