As these homes have been built on the mountain, there are multiple levels, separated by a few stairs each.
**Skiing directly to the neighborhood requires skiing a hard BLUE ski run (Quittin Time)**
Sleeping up to 21 guests, this 7-level unit features 8 bedrooms, 6 baths, 2 half baths, and 2 private hot tubs. Steps from the ski trail (and prime mountain biking), with breathtaking Old Town views â perfect for groups who want space, privacy, and adventure right outside the door.
Level 1: Street / top level
Pull straight into your private one-car garage, ready to unload after a travel or ski day. Arrive with ease at the shared, front entrance (with door code), where just steps away, you'll access the trail to world-class skiing, mountain biking, and hiking. Additional parking just outside the garage.
Level 2: Covered patio
Descend to a private, covered patio for each unit, featuring a hot tub, cozy patio seating, electric fire pit, and propane grill â ideal for relaxing under the stars after a day on the trails. This lower level grants access to both units, each with a secure private entrance, with its own door code.
Level 3: Kitchen and half bath
Each fully stocked kitchen invites group cooking, casual breakfasts, and long dinners around the table, while island seating keeps everyone connected during meals and game nights.
Level 4: Living Room with patio
Sink into the living room for movie nights, fireside conversations, or quiet mornings, with patio access that brings in fresh mountain air and views.
Levels 5-7: Bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry
Spread across the bottom levels, multiple bedrooms offer peaceful retreats for winding down, sleeping in, or enjoying quiet moments, with bathrooms and laundry conveniently placed for longer, comfortable stays.
Skier information: To ski to the property, you take the Payday Express Lift to the top (Park City Mountain Resort). You head left down the âPaydayâ run and look for the âQuittin Timeâ sign on the right (about half way down). Take Quittin Time all the way to the end and look for the sign that says âNorfolk Accessâ on the right. Take this run down to the spot where you put your skis on and take the trail back to the house.
***If you are a beginner skier/snowboarder and do not want to ski on a hard BLUE ski run to get to the house, there is also free transit from the base of PCMR to Main Street and vice versa.
