Stylish 2BR Canyon Village Condo

Summary:
This stylish two-bedroom condo in Canyons Village is in an unbeatable location on a FREE shuttle line and within walking distance of several ski lifts! The condo's great layout provides a good separation of space for your group to spread out, with three full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a private balcony, two kitchenettes, and three fireplaces. Relax after a day on the slopes at the condo's shared amenities with a soak at the outdoor pool, hot tubs, and sauna, or have fun in the game room.

The Space:
When you first enter the condo you will find the first full bathroom located immediately to your left. The bathroom features tiled flooring, a vanity with sink, and a tiled shower/bathtub. Just a few steps down the hallway from the bathroom you will come to the lovely open-concept kitchen and living room of the condo.

In the open kitchen, you will find spacious countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen bar with four barstools that connects the kitchen with the living room/dining area. The dining area features a large table with five chairs plus a bench and a stylish art piece above. On the other side of the room is a cushy three-seater couch that can be pulled out into a queen-size bed, a pull-down queen size murphy bed, a loveseat, a 75” mounted TV, and a large coffee table. Warm up by the fireplace as you enjoy a meal, or snuggle in for a movie night in this inviting space. Or, step outside for some fresh mountain air and take in the beautiful views from the condo’s balcony which can be accessed through the living room. On the balcony, you will find three patio chairs and a small table where you can sit and look over the action at Canyons Resort and the surrounding mountains.

When you are ready to settle in for the night you will find the two bedrooms located on either side of the open living room/kitchen area. The master bedroom is located to the right of the front entryway and is a spacious hotel-style bedroom with a kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a laundry closet. The cozy bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed, a nightstand with a lamp, and a desk with a chair and lamp for a convenient workspace if needed. Tucked into the corner of the room is a gas fireplace with a mounted 40” TV above so you can snuggle up by the fire as you enjoy a movie in bed. The room also features access to a balcony so you can go straight from bed to enjoy the fresh mountain air. On the right side of the bed, you will find the kitchenette with a mini fridge and freezer, coffee maker, cups, and a microwave. A closet is located next to the kitchenette with ample storage space for your personal items, as well as an iron and iron table. Adding to the comfort of the master bedroom is the private full bathroom which features a vanity with sink, a walk-in shower with a glass door and shower bench, and a spa bathtub to soak away in.

The second bedroom is located just off the dining room/living room area and also features a spacious hotel-style layout with a kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a laundry closet. The bedroom provides extra sleeping accommodations with two queen-size beds tucked by a large window overlooking the resort and mountains. Similar to the master bedroom, the room features a gas fireplace with a mounted 40” TV above and a desk with a chair for extra workspace. The room includes two nightstands with lamps perfect for when you want to snuggle up with a book in bed. You will have two lamps on the sides of the queen beds. You will also find the kitchenette with a mini fridge and freezer, coffee maker, cups, and microwave, and a laundry closet on the other side of the two beds. Comfortably freshen up before settling in for the night in the full bathroom located in the bedroom. In this bathroom, you will find a vanity with sink and a walk-in tiled shower with a glass door. This second bedroom also includes its own keyed entrance door from the indoor hallway.

The hallway between the living room and master bedroom includes a private washer and dryer.

Guests in this home are also welcome to enjoy the shared spaces on-site, including the hot tub, pool, fitness center, game room, and workspaces.

If you are in need of ski and snowboard rentals, you can find a Switchback Sports location in the Bearclaw room at the Silverado Lodge, conveniently located off the lobby. They offer rentals and even provide ski valet services, so you don't have to carry your bulky skis and snowboards up to your room. Additionally, they will also be offering bike rentals during the summer season.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire space as well as the shared amenities which include an outdoor pool and hot tub, a fitness center, and a sauna.

Guests will also have access to two free parking spaces in the building's parking garage. Please note this is not a designated parking spot and is a first come, first serve parking lot. Handicap parking is available.

The Neighborhood:
This home is situated at the base of Canyons Village at Park City, placing you in the middle of the action at Canyons Resort. With just a short three-minute walk from the home will arrive at Canyon Village where you will find a lively area filled with myriad shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Enjoy easy access to some of the best slopes in Park City with Orange Bubble Express, Red Pine Gondola, and Cabriolet Ski lift within a less than 10-minute walk. When you are looking for an adventure outside of Canyons Village, the opportunities are endless! Snyderville Basin Recreation Center and the Utah Olympic Park are both a 10-minute drive away, Old Town and historic Main Street districts less than a 10-minute drive away, and Deer Valley Resort 15 minutes away. Or get in some shopping at the outlets located in Kimball Junction just a 10-minute drive from the condo. The location of this home places many of Park City’s incredible recreation areas at your fingertips perfect for year-round adventures!

Getting Around:
This home is a short, three-minute walk from Canyons Village and is located on a FREE shuttle line - the Canyons Village Connect Shuttle - that will pick you up right outside the condo's building and take you to the base of the ski resort and back. Just a five-minute walk from the home, you will arrive at Canyon Resort Drive, where you will find multiple bus stops that will connect you to the entire FREE Park City Transit Bus system. This bus route will connect you to just about anywhere in this area, from Kimball Junction to Deer Valley Resort and everywhere in between. Once in downtown Park City, the FREE Main Street Trolley is an iconic way to explore the historic area. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

We liked this location and the units were great. The only disappointment was the towels. We didn’t know if we should take the room towels to the hot tub, so we did which impacted our regular towel use. We notified the management company that said they would drop more off. We waited a day and they never came. We asked again and we were told they dropped them off at a time we were there which did not happen. We followed up again and got no answer. This was not an important thing but disappointing they didn’t come through. Other than that the units were well stocked.

Lots of space, great location

I’d never stayed at Silverado before and was very pleased with the location and the amount of space in the unit. For 2 adults and 3 teens, it was really nice that each teen got their own bed. The Murphy bed was very comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was a huge bonus. The walk to the gondola wasn’t bad at all.
