Summary:
Situated in an incredible location just one block from the base of Park City Mountain Resort, this condo provides easy access to endless mountain adventures. Unlimited entertainment options are steps away from historic Old Town with all of Park City's best restaurants, breweries, museums, shopping malls, and everything else a stone's throw away! Whether you are here for skiing and snowboarding in the winter, or hiking and mountain biking in the summer, our place is the perfect adventure base!

The Space:
Ideal for those seeking a perfectly-situated hub for exploring all that Park City has to offer, this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that sleeps seven provides ample space and comfort for your endless Park City adventures. Located just one block from the base of Park City Mountain Resort, you can spend your day in the mountains hiking shredding powder or shooting down the Alpine Slide and then return home to this inviting space to kick back and relax by the fire while you recount your epic outings.

From the moment you enter, your comfort and convenience is top of mind with a bench, laundry facilities and hooks for your outdoor gear and a spacious, full-size bathroom with a double sink vanity should you need to wash up sooner than later. A useful shower/tub combo completes the bathroom, which is both attached to a bedroom and is just off of the main hallway/common spaces.

Make your way to the roomy kitchen/living/dining area where you will find a stately wood table with seating for six that is ideal for digging into a meal or playing a favorite game. The nearby kitchen space is bright and beautiful with white finishes, stainless steel appliances and a bar space with seating for four that makes for easy serving or dining from the kitchen. Even as you whip up a delicious recipe or grab a snack, you are central to the fun in the neighboring living and dining areas, making it easy to stay central to it all even as you craft your latest culinary creation.

The cozy living area centers around a wood-burning fireplace flanked by nature views that make for easy ambience. A leather couch, sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and media center with a flat-screen TV complete the space, making for an inviting place to unwind with your loved ones as you warm up by the fire or take in a show on the 50" Vizio Smart TV. The sofa pulls double duty as a sleep space, pulling out into a queen-size pull out bed when you’re ready to tuck in for a night of rest.

A patio just off of the living area has seating for three and is a lovely place to take in some fresh, mountain air or the beauty of Park City. You can also access this beautiful outdoor space from the master bedroom, located just off of the living room. The lovely master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, cozy armchair, flat-screen TV and DVD player and an ensuite bathroom in addition to its patio access making for a restful retreat when you’re ready to drift off to sleep. The ensuite bathroom features a double sink vanity, closet space and a tiled, walk-in shower.

The airy second bedroom makes the most of its space with a twin-over-queen size bunk bed that comfortably sleeps three, a cozy armchair where you can relax and unwind and a TV with cable access. Attached to the full-size bathroom off of the hallway, this room also connects to the dining area making for easy access when you’re ready for bed.

In addition to its ideal location and comfortable furnishings, the home also comes with access to a community hot tub for your enjoyment and use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, patio space, the shared hot tub, and a single parking space in the parking garage. Additional parking is available in the parking lot, but is first come, first served.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is perfectly situated in the heart of all that Park City has to offer. Just blocks from Park City Mountain Resort, you will have unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun adventures during your vacation getaway. You can go from your front door to the Payday Express Lift or Resort Center Ice Skating Rink in minutes. In the summer months, don't forget to check out Park City's Alpine Slide or Roller Coaster for a one-of-a-kind experience.

You are also a short walk to the City Park, which has sports fields and a playground, and a quick, 6-minute drive to Park City's historic Main Street, with its many boutiques, shops, restaurants and entertainment offerings.

Getting Around:
You are within walking distance of it all with this condo's sought-after location in the heart of all the action in Park City. Park City Mountain Resort is only a couple of blocks away and will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City -- a true gateway to endless skiing options during your stay.

There are also FREE bus lines on the Park City Transit buses, with the 14th Street and Park City Mountain stops within a 2-minute walk from the condo, and will bring you to all of the main attractions in Park City. The FREE Main Street trolley is also an excellent choice for wandering around Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like many homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. There are some portable fans in the home for your use, if needed.

Please note that guests will now have the ability to use Smart TV apps and other streaming options (Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube etc.) in the living room's 50" Vizio Smart TV.

Please note that we only provide an initial bundle of wood and fire starters for the fireplace. After which, guests should buy their firewood and fire starters for additionals.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

This condo is centrally located and truly walking distance to much of old town Park City! The condo itself is well cared for with lots of space. The two bedrooms being separated also provides for a measure of privacy. We enjoyed our stay!!

Convenient location, stocked and spacious condo

Can't beat the location! Fully stocked kitchen, clean and spacious condo. Acoustically, the place is horrible. If there are people staying above or below, you will hear everything. Unfortunately, there were parties in both condos so my family encountered sleepless nights. I attempted to speak to management without a return call or email. 3 nights of noise until 3am. Part of my family had to stay elsewhere. Bath faucet in spare room bathroom was broken so no showers could be taken without injury. The cleaning company had to have seen the broken faucet, so this was a bit frustrating. Other than those issues, the condo accommodates a family of 5 comfortably. Do not count on pull out couch. Mattress is old and shouldn't be used.

Best location

It was a very nice spacious space. The bunk beds for the kids were great even though the ladder hooks needs some adjusting. The location is absolutely the best. You can walk to the resort, downtown, and grocery. Having Netflix available was a nice touch. The basics missing from the unit were a working clock, a trash can in master bed and bathroom, and hand soap. There was a note to use Lemishine in the dishwasher but none was provided. There was also an issue with the downstairs neighbor whos dog was "sensitive" to the noise of our children. She came upstairs twice in the first few hours we there to ask us to be quiet because of her dog. We had a problem with our credit card when we making our last payment. it took two days and many emails and phone calls for someone to get back to us so we could make our payment. The online form "submit button" was not working. there was much confusion on how and who to contact to take care of our isssue.
