Courchevel 04 is a quaint and perfectly located condo offering lodging for 4 guests in lower Deer Valley, and is ideally situated right next to the Deer Valley slopes and historic downtown Park City!

Only one block from Snow Park Lodge, guests have the option of walking or riding the shuttle to the base of Deer Valley, or hopping on the bus to historic Main Street about 1 mile away. In winter or summer, Courchevel 04 offers convenient proximity to all Park City has to offer.

This charming condo boasts a King master with adjacent full bath, along with a Queen pull out sofa, and a half bath. The cozy gas fireplace and snow drifted balcony area which backs up to open space, makes the condo feel like a true mountain escape. The condo is a ground level unit creating ease of access for your group, luggage, and ski equipment.

The condo is equipped with flat screen TVs and high speed internet! A fully-equipped updated kitchen has a comfortable breakfast nook and there is a tasteful dining area for relaxed meals with your group.

Perfectly positioned for access to Park City and Deer Valley, free public transportation is just around the corner from Courchevel 04. Additional perks of staying at Courchevel 04 include underground parking with one parking spot for your vehicle (garage height is about 6' 4") and a stackable washer/dryer combo for convenience!

As with many homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.

This Snow Park Lodge Deer Valley condo is fantastic. Easy access and great management communication. It is beautifully decorated, modern, clean, underground parking, great location (across the street from Snow Park Ski Resort main parking lot), and only a few miles to Park City shops and restaurants which is easily accessible by free shuttles. The kitchen was outfitted with everything needed, nice appliances, including a drinking water filtration system incorporated into the kitchen sink. We will stay there again.

Great position. Needs some work.

The apartment is an easy walk to the Deer Valley base and lifts and has a free shuttle bus stop just outside that runs to DV, Park City and beyond.It is an older property and while well maintained, needs new carpet. The property was very, very well stocked with coffee, condiments and a great range of kitchen appliances. There is a limited view out the back of the block. The checkin details are a bit sparse - there are two apartments with the same # so make sure you head to C block. Like others, we have to mention the furnace. It is the loudest heating device we have ever encountered. The fan stars with a sound that would put a jet engine to shame followed by a loud ‘woof’ as the flame ignites. Unless you close the bedroom door, the sound is loud enough to wake the deepest sleeper. The property has great underfloor heating in the bathroom and laundry so the main furnace could probably be turned right down to reduce the frequency of these loud noises. Overall a great place to stay if skiing at DV.

Noisy

Hot water heater rumbled and thunked every time hot water was used the whole two weeks causednot only by our unit, but other other unit(s) Bottom step into garage was underwater for half of our visit. The management company was very responsive to our problems but the problems were due to upkeep by the HOA. The interior property itself was lovely, newly remodeled, very modern and clean. Location was great.

Easy access to Snow Park Lodge

Great unit for 2 people. Very clean and access to Xfinity TV and Netflix. Nice fireplace made it a cozy condo. Bus stop is directly in front of the building. Bus (every 10 mins) will take you directly to Snow Park Lodge (2 min ride) or a short .3 mile walk (7 mins). Two bathrooms was a plus. Ski locker in the basement, but we used the free overnight ski check at the resort. Large garage, no problem finding a space. If you have a tall car use the door on the left, the right one has limited clearance. Kitchen has a choice of Kureg or drip coffee makers (filters are available). We liked Fresh Market Park City for groceries (6 min drive). The water heater has a knocking sound when it is heating after shower use, however this doesn't last very long. The furnace is quite noisy when it runs. Make sure to lower the thermostat when you go to bed to 63. Other than that it is a very quiet location.

Great condo in great location

Enjoyed it immensely. Plan to return next year. If considering this stay you should know that garage is at lower level so you have to schlep your luggage up stairs. The bus stop is directly across the street and is only one stop from Deer Valley base. The gas fireplace is lovely and on a timer so you just have to turn a button to start it. The washer and dryer are a big help when skiing!

No Heat night one, otherwise good

HVAC was not working when we arrived, it was 25deg outside and 50deg in the unit. Despite calls to a larger dispatch, it wasn’t fixed till the following afternoon. No attempts at ameliorations were made by the property management and stated it “was just a bedroom vent that needed to be opened” even though the entire unit was 50deg. Otherwise it’s a short walk and nice space.

Great location period

The location is amazing, a Walking distance to the snow peak lodge. The bus stop is right outside of the garage. We can easily take a bus to go to downtown Park city and around town for dinner and grocery shopping. We will stay there again.

Wonderful stay

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It is beautifully decorated, updated, modern, and clean. It was extremely comfortable for me, my husband, and our 8 year old. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we could need and had very nice appliances. We thought the filtered water tap was a huge plus. Perfect location to just walk to the slopes.

Perfect location for skiing!

We were less than a 5min drive from the Snowpark lodge at Deer Valley, and a short drive to downtown park city. The bathrooms were super clean, not just tidy, and we appreciated that there was coffee supplied.

Comfortable, convenient condo - some issues

The condo was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Fewer towels were provided than originally indicated but this was remediated quickly by the management company. The heating system is noisy. The condo next door was under renovation so loud construction noises and power tools were heard during the day. Although the unit is located on the ground floor as indicated in the listing, steps are required to access the unit. The listing also advertised as providing shuttle access, and an email indicating as such was sent by the management company before arrival, but an access code was not provided (even upon request) - therefore use of the shuttle was not actually possible. Access to the city bus and Deer Valley parking lot tram is across the street from the condo. Short drive to downtown Park City.
