Shadow Ridge Condos and Hotel is right in the parking lot of The Park City Mountain Ski resort. Walk 100 ft, slap on the skis and snowboards and away you go !

This great condo hotel has wonderful gathering lobby, in-house ski rental shop, and has a on-site large jacuzzi hot tub for all, and PARKING included ! But we are also not just a hotel room with old dated finishes

We own our unit, and it is an above and beyond experience to the rental pool of the hotel.

We recently finished a 100% gut and remodel.....you will be amazed with the the new BISTRO Kitchen, enlarged both bathrooms, wood laminate flooring thru-out for cleanliness, all new upgraded Samsung appliances, 3 new 65 and 55inch SMART TV’S
..the list goes on as everything is 100% brand new. Look close and see all the differences
..larger bathrooms, and modern, update look and feel. All large comfortable beds, and full home heating and AC. Higher ceilings, open floor plan and a Kitchen you will actually be tempted to cook in!

All furniture, bedding, linens, cookware, dishes, etc are brand new. You will love it

There are 2 bedrooms, the Master with a King Bed, and then a second room with 2 queen beds. The Living room is also a convertible sofa to a small bed.

We even added a laundry washer and dryer to the unit, everyone else has to go to the old shared laundry room.

Longtime friends living in different states came for our annual reunion and had a great time! Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and plenty of space. The pool could use a privacy fence, but that won’t bother the skiers.

Shadow Ridge 2 BR 2 Bath Condo

Very convenient to PCMR, very short walk to lift. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had new appliances, plenty of space in living area, washer/dryer in unit. Very comfortable. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo in a great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was a wonderful place to hang out after long and fun days on the slopes. Super convenient to the Mountain Village entry, easy walk to Payday and First Timer lifts. Also being that close to the resort entry, means the bus stop to Canyons was just as convenient! We would definitely stay again!

Convenient, Painless and Well-Kept

As a frequent “hotel”-guy used to modern appliances, helpful amenities and name-brand quality
I needed a comparably reliable place to stay that I could trust being clean, safe and accessible. This listing was as advertised in the pics and description, if not better. Closer proximity to downtown Park City than I planned, which was a pleasant surprise. Manager was also easy to communicate with. Check-in and -out process was seamless.

Perfect Location

The condo is basically at the foot of Park City Mountain, and there’s even a ski shop in the lobby of the property. Great space within the condo as well!

Excellent condo at Park City Mountain

The condo was great and looked just like pictures the interior was even bigger in person. Condo was recently renovated and brand new. Quiet. Great location less than 5 min walk to lifts, 10 minute bus ride into town, bus stop across the street from building. Owner was very responsive and provided clear instructions on check in. I have stayed in a lot of vrbo properties, this was definitely one of the best ones.

End of year family ski trip

Great location to hit the slopes. Two bedrooms allowed our family to spread out a bit and the kitchen had the items needed to make some meals as well. The Washer and Dryer were worth their weight in gold. Very comfortable place to spend evenings after hitting the slopes during the day. Right across the parking lot from the First Time lift, so it fit my kid's needs perfectly.

Would book again!

We had an extended stay at this newly renovated unit - it was a perfect visit. Although we were there in the summer, the location is amazing anytime of the year and especially for skiers. I enjoyed walking to town for all the local summer activities and not having to deal with parking. Unit came with access to a garaged/covered spot which we appreciated since some rentals only offer only outdoor parking. The rental unit was well appointed and has most anything you will need. Kitchen is fully stocked for you to cook and I appreciated that the unit came with access to a vacuum, swiffer and some basic cleaning items so we could tidy after ourselves during our visit (not that you have to) but we were there for more than a few weeks. Speaking of- the unit was perfectly clean and welcoming upon arrival. Very much appreciated that! Check in and check out process was easy - nothing crazy or unusual. When I called Steve during check in he was easy to reach and communicate with, had solutions to my questions right away. Thank you for a lovely visit - we hope to return!

Great condo near lifts

The condo is beautiful and located close to the First Time lift making it easy to hit the slopes in the morning. The unit is spacious and very nicely decorated. There is a bus stop across the street from building which makes getting in and out of town easy. The owner was very responsive to our requests and quickly brought over an item that was missing from the kitchen. We will certainly book this unit again next time we come to Park City.

Look nowhere else!

This place is perfect for a ski trip. As noted on the listing, it is literally across the parking lot to PCMR so location is outstanding. Also, just as easy to catch the bus to Main Street for dinner. The place is beautifully renovated and has comfortable beds, linens and towels. All first rate. The kitchen is stocked and very usable so we had breakfast in every morning. Finally, Steve is incredibly responsive and makes sure that your stay is perfect (like letting us check in early as there was no one there the night before). I would stay here again and at any other of Steve's properties given how nice this one is.

Excellent and convenient

This is a terrific place for a family to stay at the base of Park City ski lift. The ability to walk easily to the slopes is very convenient. The condo has all new appliances, dishes, and furniture. Everything was perfect. If you want a new place close to the slopes, you can't beat it.
