So, all your favorite people can gather together in one place, and with 5-bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms there’s plenty of space to retreat to when it’s time to rest.

The delightfully spacious kitchen is fully equipped for culinary adventures and includes a subzero refrigerator, 6-burner gas stove, two ovens, and a wine fridge. Gatherings are effortlessly accommodated around the dining room table, which comfortably seats up to 10 guests. The open-concept design fosters a seamless flow for socializing or relaxing, whether at the wrap-around island with seating for 6 or amidst the inviting furnishings surrounding the gas-burning fireplace and flat-screen TV. For additional space to unwind, the second living room on the main floor provides a perfect area for watching TV or enjoying board games.

The spacious main suite exudes luxury and comfort, featuring a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom, large flatscreen TV, and a private deck. Each of the three additional bedrooms offers a plush queen-size bed, two of which have en suite bathrooms, and one has a bathroom next to it in the hall. One of these bedrooms boasts exclusive access to a deck with a private hot tub. For flexibility in sleeping arrangements, the fifth bedroom is equipped with two twin beds that can be seamlessly converted into a king-size bed with just 24-hours' notice.

Additionally, amenities include a two-car garage, laundry room, air conditioning, DVD player and cable TV, and BBQ gas grill. Around the corner from the property, guests can access the Cove Trailhead, a scenic trail with breathtaking views overlooking the Park City mountains and the Swaner Preserve.
