This 3,000-square-foot multi-level townhouse features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, ensuring ample space and comfort for twelve guests.

The home's spacious and inviting 1st floor entryway has slate floors, window seating, coat hooks and storage for coats, shoes and boots. A flight of stairs leads you to the main living area, which features an open floor plan, soaring ceilings, and breathtaking mountain views.

Main Living Room (2nd Level):
Designed with mountain-elegant decor, this inviting space has wood floors, and is bathed in natural light from a wall of windows with mountain views as skiers pass by on the adjacent Hawkeye ski run. Relax on the plush sofa and cozy chairs, gather around the warm gas fireplace, and enjoy entertainment on the Sony 65” Smart TV with Apple TV.

Media Room (1st Level):
The media room provides a luxury queen memory foam sleeper sofa, comfortable chairs, and a cozy gas fireplace. Watch your favorite movies on the Samsung 85” Smart TV with Apple TV. Guests will enjoy playing games on a commercial grade two-person arcade game table.

Kitchen:
Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped chef's kitchen, complete with stone countertops, a center island, and high-end stainless-steel appliances. Cook like a pro with a Wolf 6-burner gas range with double ovens, Ninja Air Fryer Toaster Oven Combo, Philips 9.5 Quarts Air Fryer, Crock-Pot 8-Quart Slow Cooker, microwave oven, a SubZero refrigerator/freezer, Cold Press Juicer and a Keurig Duo Coffee Maker (single serve & carafe) to jump-start your mornings.
