With nearly 3,000 square feet of sophisticated living space, four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and room for up to twelve guests, this is a property that delivers on every front: true slope-side convenience, resort-caliber community amenities, and interiors that make every hour spent indoors feel just as rewarding as the hours spent on the mountain. Whether you are assembling a group of avid skiers for a winter escape or planning a summer retreat in the heart of the Wasatch, Apex 503 is ready to exceed expectations.
Room for Everyone
The grand master suite on the upper level is the crown jewel of the home, offering a king bed, Smart TV with DirecTV, Apple TV, and a Sonos Soundbar, along with a private covered deck where the mountain views are yours to take in at any hour. Its en suite bathroom sets a luxurious tone with heated floors, double sinks, a deep soaking tub, and a separate shower with dual showerheads. Also on the upper level, the second master bedroom offers a queen bed, Smart TV, and a private en suite with a large glass-and-tile shower. On the main level, the third master bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, and its own private bathroom with a glass-and-tile shower â ideal for guests who prefer single-level living. The fourth bedroom on the lower level rounds out the sleeping arrangements with a king bed, Smart TV, and convenient exterior access to the ski rack just outside.
