This luxurious mountain retreat is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring two spacious seating areas, large glass windows, and doors that welcome natural light and mountain views. Gather by the indoor gas fireplace, relax on plush sofas, or watch your favorite shows on the TV with Sonos sound system after a day of adventure in the mountains.

KITCHEN & DINING

The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including modern appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, two slow cookers, and even baking supplies for special treats. With a large dining table that seats 6 and an additional 4 seats at the kitchen counter, everyone can enjoy meals together.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Take in the fresh mountain air on the lower deck, where you`ll find a 7-seater hot tub, a gas grill, and a portable fire pit perfect for cozy evenings under the stars. The spacious deck offers plenty of seating for everyone to unwind and soak in the serene surroundings.

- No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises
- Pets allowed. Pet fee: $50
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
- Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 8 guests
- Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
- Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
- Do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items may cause damage.
-DO NOT CARVE ON THE TREES!!!
-Please follow hot tub rules

- NOTE: Exterior security cameras are located around the outside of the cabin. The camera does not look into any interior spaces
-A $300 refundable deposit or a $50 non-refundable damage waiver is required before check-in.
