PARKING

- There is a common parking lot on both the front and back of the building.



During the winter you must drive a snow capable vehicle, preferably a vehicle that is 4WD or AWD, carry the correct chains and know how to use them (legal requirement), and plan your trip accordingly knowing this is a ski town and we can get 1-2 ft of snow within a 24 hour period. A driver who has experience driving in the snow is great as well.



Must sign our rental agreement and complete ID verification within 48 hours of booking confirmation or forfeit your reservation.



Guest Access:

The electronic dead bolt is located on the front door of the home and this is how you will access the home. Once you gain access the first time you may use the garage door openers to enter the home through the garage from there forward.

Other Things to Note:

This condo is minutes from everything you could need. Whole Foods, coffee shops, theaters, skiing, restaurants, and spas. However, you wouldn't know it because of the landscape with immediate access to back-country skiing and hiking with moose, deer, and wild-flowers to greet you.



Interaction with Guests:

We give our guests space but are available when needed. We are able to be reached at anytime thru Airbnb or by cell.
