Nestled in lower Deer Valley, this condo is just steps away from Snow Park Lodge, where you'll discover fantastic shopping, dining, and, of course, easy ski access! If you're visiting in the summer, you'll be near the Deer Valley summer concert venue and a network of scenic hiking and mountain biking trails. Plus, with the Park City free shuttle bus route right at your doorstep, exploring Park City's Historic Main Street, Canyons Village, and Kimball Junction is a breeze. Whether you're seeking winter thrills or summer adventures, this location offers something for everyone!

The condo offers one-level, 1,437 square feet, two bedrooms, three bathrooms and can easily accommodate up to six guests.

You'll take the convenient elevator to the second floor from communal garage. Once through the front door, you'll find yourself in the home's main great room with the living room, kitchen and dining area.

Living Room: This spacious room has modern-style furnishing including a large sectional sofa, a 60” Smart TV with cable programming, a cozy gas fireplace and the numerous windows bring in the stunning Deer Valley Resort views.

Kitchen: The kitchen is well-equipped provides stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner glass-top electric range, granite countertops, and bar seating for three.

Dining Room: The dining area offers a round table with seating for six and convenient access to the deck where you'll find the private hot tub.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master bedroom—King bed, 43” LG TV with a Fire Stick and cable programming, a cozy gas fireplace, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo. You will have an interior and separate exterior entrance into the master bedroom, along with a private deck.

Beautiful Cabin next to SnowPark Lodge

This will be our 5th stay in deer valley area and this is by far our favorite rental so far! The layout of the cabin is perfection, the large L sofa in the living room was great for relaxing after a long day on mountain, large kitchen area and separate dining area, the family could spread out but still be next to each other. Walking distance (4mins) to snow park base and right by a bus stop to head into PC for dinners. Highly recommend wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Family Spring Break Was A Hit

Great location for ski school and nice to have space for our family. The unit is a bit dated and there were a couple of issues with cleanliness upon check in but the management company was quick to clean the hot tub so we could use it. We would stay here again due to space and proximity to ski school.

Wonderful Trip to Deer Valley

We had an incredible time and the home was very comfortable for two families. We were a bit surprised that the washer and dryer wasn't inside the unit, as we've stayed at Red Stag where it was located within the property. Also, the single bathroom shower in the hallway had a mildew odor, but looked clean. Otherwise, everything was great! The decor is so pretty and everything was comfortable. We also really appreciated having a great selection of kitchen items for cooking. We look forward to coming back! Thank you so much for having us.

2023 Spring Break Ski trip

We stayed at the condo in March of 2023 for a spring break ski trip. Our group includes two adults and three children ages 15, 14, and 12. The location was fantastic! We walked 5 minutes to the snow park lodge to pick up our skis each day and then road the Carpenter Express Lift or Silver Lake Express Lift for our adventure of the day. We had friends staying at the Montage and at other condos all over Deer Valley and our teens were able to meet up with their friends by taking lifts and skiing blue trails to various meeting places on mountain. The condo was great since our kids used one bedroom and had plenty of room and their own bathroom area. We cooked in the condo sometimes and ate out as well. Walking next door to the St. Regis was wonderful. My husband and I enjoyed lunch and a glass of wine there a few times. We also went into Park City (a short drive away). We parked a rental car in the garage, which was handy, but we saw busses and shuttles frequently outside so a car rental was not necessary. Beds and furniture was comfortable and the condo has everything you need.

Fantastic Location

We loved this condo so much that within 24 hours of leaving, we booked it again for next year’s ski trip. It was perfect for our needs, and the short walk to Snow Park Lodge/ski school was amazing.

First choice for lodging

When we come to Deer Valley, the Red Stag Lodge is our first choice
it has great charm similar to a European-like chalet. This trip we were able to reserve this condo and loved it! It was just like the pictures! Clean, inviting, beautifully appointed! The pillows and sheets are perfection! No maintenance or worn out equipment. We would return again
no question!

The owners of the condo thought of everything you can imagine to make our stay warm and cozy.

We would rent their place again very unique from the minute. You pull into the garage through the hallways up to the unit. The only issue we had, which had nothing to do with the condo, but the building itself was they have three flags outside of the living room window with a bar that extends to the flags to hold them open, which blew nonstop all day and night, the metal with hit against the pole.

Great mountain lodge feel

Great mountain lodge feel, condo was exactly as described. Right next to the St. Regis hotel, can walk there for lunch, dinner or the hotel bar. 2nd bedroom was perfect for my two young boys (ages 3 and 6) to stay in.

Beautiful place

It’s hard to imagine this is a condo because it feels like a cabin. We were super comfortable. We had everything we needed. There were lots of towels, which is a real plus. The hot tub is great. This is a great location if you’re staying in Park City. There are great hiking trails, ponds, rivers, and lakes. There are a lot of restaurants for lunch and dinner. Not so many choices for breakfast. Overall, this place is outstanding! I can highly recommend it.

Great place and location, particularly for the Deer Valley concert series. Only thing that keeps it from being 5 star is the place is a tad dated and worn, but clean and well laid out. Definitely recommend.
