If you believe that "location, location, location" should ALSO come with design and amenities, then LIFT 102 is your spot! During ski season, you'll love walking only a few steps to the NEW Sunrise gondola to start your day. Then come back from the slopes to hot tubs, a heated pool, a club lounge... or relax on our private patio next to the firepit. The best perk is you can watch kids play in the snow while you're warm inside! Never get in the car to enjoy the BEST restaurants, bars and shops.

We refurnished and upgraded each room of this condo, so that design and comfort was the top focus. Both bedrooms are outfitted with Cariloha mattresses and sheets (made from natural bamboo fiber, which means sheets are buttery soft even after a countess washes). Guests often tell us it was their best sleep ever and ask where they can buy the same mattress (if that's also you, we have a 20% discount code for you!)
The primary bedroom is large, with views of the gondola and walking street. You're sure to enjoy its spacious bathroom with heated floors. The second bedroom has a twin over queen bed, and could accommodate a total of 3 people. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom, with a tub for bathing kids. An additional sleeping arrangement is possible on the sleeper sofa in the main room.
Cozy and luxurious was our aim, with a color pallet inspired by Utah's natural wonders. But as much as we love the furnishings and decor, the real homerun (and unique only to our unit) is the huge patio and fire pit. And just to make it even better, you have views of the ski slope and ski beach from your patio seating. Walk straight off the patio and you're in the new Canyons village... with all the restaurants, shops, day spa, bars, etc. you could ask for. There's truly no need to rent a car. Hot tubs are a must, and luckily you have two huge ones to choose from. The pool deck (did we mention the pool is heated year round?) also has fire pits and barbeques at your disposal. If you have kids, they will LOVE the club lounge, with a pool table, foosball, and gaming consoles (pssst, it has free hot chocolate too!!) For all you crazy people who need a work out in between your work out on the slopes, LIFT has a gym for you also ;)
Right next to our condo, one door down, is Ski Butler where you can rent skies and store them overnight. Your boots will be toasty warm and ready for you each day.
LIFT shares a circle driveway with the brand new Pendry. So you can walk right across the way and you'll find the very best day spa, rooftop pool lounge, bar, and several different fine dining options! In the evenings they have fire pits ablaze and pass out free smores. In warm weather they fill the walking street with the sound and vibes of live music!! Listen to it from one of their outdoor lounge area, or from our own patio on the other side of the large lawn. This lawn becomes "ski beach" in the winter where you can click off your skis and grab some food or drinks.
With all of Canyons Village right in your own back yard, you even have the option of starting your day by taking the Red Pine Gondola all the way to the top of the mountain. In the summer months, Canyons village has outdoor living at it's finest... with concerts on the grass, lawn games, pop up bars, and a restaurant at the top of the gondola for those wanting to hike around (or just enjoy the gondola views up and back!)
Guest Access:
During your stay, enjoy all the amenities LIFT has to offer: a heated pool and two hot tubs with views of the slopes, a gym, sauna, and a club lounge with a pool table, foosball, TVs, gaming consoles, and a free coffee/hot cocoa machine. If you must do work, the conference room allows you to take meetings in a quiet and private space. The parking garage is located just across the hall from our unit, so no long walks required between the condo and car! One door down is Black Tie Ski rentals, where you can rent/store/service your equipment. From our private patio, you can listen to live music while sitting by our fire pit, every evening all winter long!
We love Lift 102 for the convenience and amenities, unlike any other properties in the area.
Other Things to Note:
There is SO much to do in Park City year round:
Ski season always goes until Easter, but often later depending on snow coverage. It begins with Thanksgiving. In the evenings, all winter long, enjoy live music or a DJ from your private patio every evening. The Pendry, located right across the way from our unit, has the nicest bars and restaurants so you can walk over to grab a drink or meal to-go (their Mexican restaurant even has a walk-up window for ordering breakfast burritos in the morning!)
Late spring and early fall you'll find our LOWEST prices, so if you're eager to get away and enjoy the finest dining (with no waits), the freshest air, and most relaxing amenities (book spa treatments or a round of golf), come during "off-season"! It's just as lovely when the trees are budding or leaves are changing.
Park City does summer right... with water sports at the lake, festivals (like the weekly art fair on Main Street), concerts on the side of the grassy ski run, and exciting adventures like ATV's, mountain biking or horseback rides through the forest (or enjoy a slower speed of vacationing with golf or fly fishing!)
Put "Sundance Film Festival" on your bucket list, because it's such an experience. We love the documentary films, but seeing your favorite actor answer Q&A onstage after a fiction film is a memory you'll talk about for quite a while. Sundance Film Festival is 10 days long at the end of January. Many of these films go on to win Oscars!
Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will receive a full refund of the total booking amount.
