This remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath will easily get you to the mountains for hiking or biking making this condo an ideal vacation rental. After a long day outdoors, return to a cool A/C property, or relax in your private hot tub.
Savor your meals home cooked in the full kitchen or use the common area BBQ for those summer meals!
Within this 1,493-square-foot residence, your family will have all the comforts of a perfect vacation condominium. The property sleeps 7 in one king and two queen size beds + 2 full size bathrooms. A sofa sleeper is located in the living room.
Kitchen: Your fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware and cookware you expect from a luxury residence. Parents will appreciate the plastic kids' dishware for worry-free meals. There is a common area grill available, as well.
There is a dining table ready to seat comfortably 6 plus 3 more bar stools at the kitchen bar.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Bedroom 1: The main bedroom features a king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom boasts a clean, modern aesthetic with dual sinks and generously sized walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: The guest bedroom features two queen size beds. A shared full-size bathroom with dual shower/bathtub in the hallway.
Parking: One dedicated underground parking space is available. Visitor parking is limited. Elevator access to the unit's floor level from the underground parking.
Location: Black Bear Lodge #351B is located mid-mountain in Silver Lake Village, just a short walk from the Sterling Express, which services all of Bald Mountain. It's easy to access that first ski run from this ideally located vacation rental. It's a two-minute walk from Black Bear Lodge to Silver Lake Village or you can take Park City Transit to Main Street and Park City Mountain. Complimentary day and overnight ski storage is available at the Silver Lake Lodge base area - no need to cart your skis around!
Entertainment: Your complimentary entertainment package in your condo or private home includes Wi-Fi and cable TV/premium channels.

This condo offers easy access to skiing in winter and hiking in summer. There's nearly 3,600 square feet of living space with beautiful hardwood floors that can accommodate up to 20 guests.
Living Room: Each living room has comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, a 70" Sony Smart TV, floor to ceiling windows with Deer Valley Resort views, making them the perfect gathering spaces.
Kitchen: The kitchens are a gourmet's dream with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and all the equipment and utensils need to create the group's favorite meals and snacks.
Dining Room: Each penthouse has separate dining areas and eat-in kitchen bars.
