great location and met our needs very well

This was a very comfortable efficiency unit with a murphy bed. The bed was very comfortable and easy to raise and lower. There is no dishwasher, but the flip side is that the unit had a private washer/dryer. That is a substantial convenience and well worth the trade off. We liked the complimentary ski valet service. We would recommend this unit.

Small but great for couple or one person

The first few days were a little annoying because all the elevators were not working then my blow dryer in the room was broken, but the host was very and got a new blowdryer delivered the next day, and the elevators were finally fixed. The host did refund some money for the trouble. Room was clean and perfect for just me. Would not recommend for more than 2 people. It’s very close to the lifts and even if you don’t want to walk up, there is a shuttle that runs about every 5min to take you up.

Overall a great place to stay. Great location. Free heated parking. Unfortunately the elevator was broken our entire stay so had to take the stairs to the 4th floor in all of our ski gear. Also check in procedures could be a little more clear. There are two buildings and it wasn’t clear where to go/how to determine which building the room was in. Overall a great place to stay and would stay here again.

Adequate basic luxury close to slopes

Unit just big enough for 1-2 people ,modestly luxurious. Served all my comfort and needs. Carpet sure needs to be changed. I trip contact Nikki was very responsive sent me Starbucks coffee grounds and chocolates. Comes with excellent offer of free ski rental and free airport transfer. Overall good value considering proximity to slopes. Excellent service of CV connect app and prompt shuttle to transportation to slopes and restaurants within Canyons village. WILL STAY AGAIN HERE

Great gateway!

This unit was amazing!!! We used switchback rentals which was located in the same building. Great size for it being a studio. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

The property was clean and stocked with starter supplies such as hand soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. It was just enough room for two and we were able to cook several nights thanks to the ample amount of kitchen supplies available. Bad Service

We checked in at about 10pm on Wednesday night. The room was 80 degrees. We tried adjusting the temperature to no avail. The control didn’t work. We had to sleep every night with the window open. When we arrived the bed and pillow sheets were dirty as well. We complained to management and they asked what they could do to help. We asked for late checkout as checkout was 10am. Most places we have stayed at in the past have checkout at 11am. I said if you want to make things right can you give us “late” checkout for 11am which they said no. Why even ask. As far as wifi is concerned they have wifi but the signal is too weak to really use so if you plan on working or streaming online make sure to bring your own extender or hot spot. Other than that it’s a lovely little condo and it’s about a 5 min walk to the nearest ski lift so it has a lot to offer for the price.

Perfect accommodations for a couple getaway!

The property was just as advertised and perfect for a couple. The staff at the Silverado was very helpful. They have a place to store your luggage after an early checkout so you can still enjoy your day of skiing/snowboarding before leaving for a late flight. Five stars all around except the check-in process. I was told through E-mail that for check-ins after 11 pm I would have to pick up my keys at the Grand Summit. Got a text from the property management company to see if I had any questions about the check-in and because this didn't seem right I again asked if I would have to check in to the Grand Summit and if there would be a shuttle available that late at night. The response was that the keys would need to be picked up at the Grand Summit and no shuttle would be available to the Silverado. Uber'ed to the Grand Summit only to find out that this wasn't the case and that 2 months ago the Silverado began being staffed for 24 hrs so I needed to pick up the keys there. We had to trudge through the snow with all our bags to the Silverado which was kind of irritating since no one at the property management company was aware of this. Again, we still had an awesome experience once we were checked in but it is hard to believe that the property management company had been unaware of this for 2 months. Just be sure to call the Silverado if you are planning to arrive after 11 pm.
