Escape to Park City Blue Creek Ranch — a rare and expansive mountain retreat set on a breathtaking private ranch, just outside of Park City. This is not your typical vacation rental. With wide-open skies, sweeping ranch landscapes, and a warm, well-appointed interior, this 3,500 sq ft home delivers an experience that's equal parts rugged and refined — perfect for large families, group getaways, or anyone craving a genuine Western mountain escape.
Room for Everyone
Sleeping up to 12 guests across 4 spacious bedrooms, every member of your group will feel right at home. All bedrooms are on the main level, each with its own private en suite bathroom for comfort and convenience.
Primary Suite — King bed, en suite with soaking tub and walk-in shower
Bedroom 2 — King bed plus a twin platform bed, en suite with tub/shower combo
Bedroom 3 — Queen bed, en suite with shower
Bedroom 4 — Two sets of twin over twin bunk beds with one twin trundle, twin over queen bunk beds, and an en suite with tub situated inside the shower, 60" Smart TV
Gather, Cook & Unwind
The main living area is anchored by a wood-burning fireplace and a 60" Smart TV — the perfect place to reconnect after a day on the mountain. A second living space upstairs gives your group room to spread out or let the kids have their own zone.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals: electric stove, single oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, Keurig, and an espresso machine. Step outside and fire up the Lynx propane BBQ grill and dine al fresco surrounded by open ranch land.
When it's time to truly unwind, sink into the private hot tub under a wide Utah sky and let the quiet of the property do the rest.
The Ranch Setting
This property sits on a working ranch, and that setting is a big part of what makes it special. Please note that there is a full-time resident who lives in a separate barn on the property. While the barn is its own completely independent structure with a separate entrance, guests and the on-site resident do share the broader outdoor ranch grounds. The barn is located at a distance on the property, so day-to-day interaction is minimal, but we want to set that expectation upfront. Most guests find the working ranch atmosphere adds genuine character to the stay — this is a real piece of Park City's landscape, not a resort replica of one.
Parking is never a concern, with parking for one car in the garage and room for 4 more vehicles on the property.
A Note on Security
For the safety and security of all guests, the property is equipped with a Ring camera at the front door. This camera monitors the entry area only and is disclosed in full transparency. No cameras are located inside the home.
