The Ranch Setting
This property sits on a working ranch, and that setting is a big part of what makes it special. Please note that there is a full-time resident who lives in a separate barn on the property. While the barn is its own completely independent structure with a separate entrance, guests and the on-site resident do share the broader outdoor ranch grounds. The barn is located at a distance on the property, so day-to-day interaction is minimal, but we want to set that expectation upfront. Most guests find the working ranch atmosphere adds genuine character to the stay — this is a real piece of Park City's landscape, not a resort replica of one.

Parking is never a concern, with parking for one car in the garage and room for 4 more vehicles on the property.

A Note on Security
For the safety and security of all guests, the property is equipped with a Ring camera at the front door. This camera monitors the entry area only and is disclosed in full transparency. No cameras are located inside the home.

Situated on Bitner Ranch Road in the peaceful Silver Creek area of Park City, the ranch offers a true sense of seclusion without sacrificing convenience. Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort is approximately 6 miles away, and historic Main Street is about 9 miles away.
