**CONDO OVERVIEW**
Beautifully maintained condo located steps away from the bottom of Park City Mountain Resort. Our unit is on the top floor of the property, you'll be welcomed by gorgeous wood vaulted ceilings. In the bedroom is a king bed with a walk-in master ensuite and best of all....a steam shower! In the front room, we have additional sleeping for guests Sofa bed.

**BEDROOM LAYOUT**
The master bedroom boasts a spacious King-sized bed complemented by an en suite full bathroom featuring a luxurious steam shower.

**LOCATION**
This condo is in one of the best locations in town. Just across the parking lot to the base of the Park City Ski Resort, Only 0.3 miles to the closest grocery store (Fresh Market) and 0.4 miles to fast food, sporting goods stores, movie theaters, car rentals, and more!

**GETTING AROUND**
The free bus stops outside of the condo if you want to take a trip Main Street or Deer Valley Skiing. When you rent our condo you won't be needing a car, but if you do bring one we have underground parking for one car. Alternatively, throw the skis on the shoulder and it's just a short couple-minute walk over the road to the ski resort.

**AMENITIES**
The unit is fully equipped with towels, linens, cutlery, to and cooking utensils. You will find everything you need to make this condo your home throughout your stay. Come relax in the front room and be fully connected with WiFi and TVs in the front room and bedroom.

First, the great stuff. The location was near perfect. Easy access to restaurants and right across the street from the ski parking lot. Plenty of towels and fresh linens. The bed was comfortable and the steam shower was nice. With all the snow, the parking garage was appreciated and was located in a quiet complex. This unit has the opportunity to be great but really needs some TLC. Overall the unit felt a little grungy, especially when we see the cleaning fee price tag. There were 4/5 dead bugs in the living room and another 4/5 dead bugs in the bedroom. Someone’s old contact lenses on the floor in the bathroom and just a lot of dust: Tables, bed frame, nightstands, fans, etc were covered in dust. So much so, we had to pick up allergy medicine. Pictures were crooked, the glass cover on the entry way light is about to fall off. There were 2 coffee makers, one didn’t work and the other didn’t work well. A hand written sign on a window that said “broken, don’t open” and patch of missing drywall in the hall bathroom. I understand repairs need to happen, but it just added to the overall grungy feel. After a little house keeping we enjoyed our stay but we won’t visit this property again.

Such an awesome apartment and location!

We definitely plan to come back to Park City and definitely will rent here again. The apartment is so quirky and cool with unique corners and nooks where we enjoyed playing cards or drinking hot chocolate. It was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. We were able to walk across the street to ski, even at lunch for a quick bite with ski boots on. The ski nook for gear is great. I love the ability to use the free bus to get to the market or main street. While not deal breakers, but something to know, the shower fluctuates temperature while it's on, but you do kinda get used to it. What's great, though, is that the shower door seals so you can get a good steam. The other thing to think about is that if you can't get early check-in or late check-out, you are stuck with your bags if you arrive early or leave after check-out. They did their best to accommodate us, but it does take some planning if you are flying in and don't have a car.. Overall-- great place. Highly recommended. We will definitely rent again.

Really enjoyed our stay at this spacious condominium. The location was excellent - opposite PCMR plus near the bus stop which takes you to the Fresh Market and Main Street shops and restaurants. The ambiance is amazing; views from the windows are spectacular. We had some minor issues but the property manager was very responsive and minor issues resolved the next day.

Great place next to the slopes

The place was great and I would have given it 5 stars if there were not problems with fluctuating water temperature when you shower. (burning hot to freezing consistently any time you showered.) Trash was piled up in the garage as well during the entire week long visit. Host was great and a beautiful getaway though.

Great location at the base of the mountain!

The condo was a ~5 minute walk to the base of the. mountain. Also located ~œ mile from Park City shopping area, which wasn't a bad walk. There are free bus shuttles readily available to get around. The shower was a bit confusing at first (pull the handle out to turn it on) and the water temp was a bit difficult to figure out how but we managed. The steam portion of the shower was very relaxing (heat it up a few minutes before you shower). The property manager responded quickly to our request how to manage the air temperature. At our visit, there were a few staples in the cabinets (coffee and filters). There is also a Keurig coffee maker - I didn't see this in the listing; if you like coffee lover you may want to note this. The 5-cup coffee maker brewed a weaker cup of coffee IMO. Would definitely stay here again, Very spacious with plenty of extra linens and blankets. A Park City ski trip in December isn't an inexpensive trip; if you are planning to come here and need ski gear - take a look at the local thrift shops - CCPC and a few others are under the same roof near the grocery store - I found helmets, goggles, ski jackets, pants - just about everything I spent a small fortune on at REI before this trip! Great city with excellent skiing! :)

Great trip to Park City

We had a wonderful experience staying with Park City Hosts! The hosts were very responsive to any questions, and the rental was very clean. It was spacious and comfortable for two people with a well stocked kitchen. Great location for skiing (just walk across the parking lot) and only a short walk into town. Would definitely stay here again!
