Nestled in a quiet mountain neighborhood just minutes from the slopes, trails, and Canyons Village, this fully remodeled home blends refined comfort with easy access to year round adventure.
Whether you're here for powder days or summer trails, this home offers the perfect balance of location, design, and functionality, making it an ideal basecamp for families and groups.
The Space
Living Areas:
The main living area is bright and inviting, featuring a comfortable sectional, leather seating, a large Smart TV, and expansive windows that bring in natural light and mountain views. Step onto the balcony for fresh air, morning coffee, or evening sunsets.
The lower level offers a second living space designed for entertaining, complete with plush seating, a gas fireplace, Smart TV, shuffleboard, and a kitchenette, perfect for relaxing after a full day of adventure.
Kitchen & Dining:
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, stone countertops, and a large island with bar seating for four. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are provided.
The adjacent dining area features seating for eight and sits alongside a gas fireplace, with direct access to the balcony.
Outdoor Living:
Enjoy the private hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or trails. The balcony offers additional space for outdoor relaxation with mountain views.
