This premier 3 story home boasts 3 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms with two living areas that comfortably accommodates 10 guests making it perfect for large groups or families with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your stay while relaxing by the views of Empire Pass.

Relax in this slope-side sanctuary and let your worries slip away as logistics are no longer your problem. This modern mountain townhome in the heart of Deer Valley is the perfect spot for your family or group of friends to come together & getaway. With a state-of-the-art chef's kitchen, modern furnishings, a cozy living area, in-home laundry facilities, and a private deck, you'll find comfort in every corner of this condo. When it's time to retreat for the evening, settle into one of the three bedrooms spread out over the three floors, each with their own ensuite bathrooms for maximum privacy. Find ultimate relaxation in the lower level master suite, complete with a king bed and private outdoor access to the hot tub, plus a spa-like bathroom with walk-in shower & soaking tub. On the same level, you'll find a cozy living room with a fireplace and a queen pullout sofa, perfect for transforming the space into an instant guest room. And finally, on the top floor, the first guest bedroom with a king bed, followed by the second four-twin bedroom, perfect for the kids in the group!



In the winter, walk to the lifts and come home for lunch and be in front of your fireplace in minutes. Check your ski gear overnight, on a complimentary basis, at the Silver Lake Lodge and avoid carrying them in the morning. During the summer months, enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a day exploring the mountains on foot, bikes or horseback.



Located just a short walk from the Stein Eriksen Lodge and Silver Lake Village, Abode at Little Belle #3 has everything you could want at the top of Deer Valley from dining to shopping is a 5 minute walk from your front door. Park City Mountain Resort and the historic Main Street is a short 2.5 mile drive or a 10 min ride on the free Park City Shuttle.

Getting Around:

Deer Valley Ski Shuttle stop outside your front door (winter only)

Park City's free transit system, fueled by biodiesel, is the most environmentally friendly and easiest way to get around during your stay. The transit system provides easy access to Historic Main Street, Kimball Junction, North of Main, Quarry Village, Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain, the Utah Olympic Park and other recreational areas for a day of fun-filled activities, shopping, and great food, without the worry of having to drive your car and find parking. For private transportation, inquire for more details on booking with exclusive Abode transportation partners.



The Main Street Trolley operates along Main Street daily from 10:00 AM until 11:00 PM. It will stop just about anywhere along the street. Stand at any of the trolley stop signs or just give a wave to the driver indicating you would like to ride. The Trolley also serves as a connection between Main Street and the Old Town Transit Center where connections can be made to all other bus routes in the system.

Beautiful Deer Valley Condo

This spot was perfect for our quick ski trip. Walking distance to lifts. Beautifully decorated. Plenty of beds. Amazing hot tub. And nicely appointed kitchen. The concierge service was impeccable. We got everything we needed; skis and groceries and all questions asked. Thank you for the hospitality and beautiful location. Unbeatable.

Minor comments

Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. There were some other considerations that were quickly attended to. For example, we had problems getting the lock on the front door open. In addition, the dishwasher would not drain. The cover of the hot tub had been crushed by the snow. We were able to use the hot tub by pushing the cover up sideways. Management was very attentive and tried to help us with those problems very quickly. The only problem that could not be changed was that one of the beds is under a beam. Our 10-year-old granddaughter kept hitting her head on the beam over her bed.
