Featuring expansive, open living & dining spaces, high ceilings, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, cozy fireplaces throughout, and multiple private balconies offering sweeping mountain views to enjoy with your morning coffee. With six well-appointed bedrooms, this spacious 3,000 square feet condo comfortably accommodates 14 guests with room to spread out, perfect for mountain memories to be made with family or friends.



When you’re ready to rest your head and recharge for another day of alpine adventures, take your pick from one of six luxurious suites up a few steps on the third floor. The master suite provides a comfortable king size bed, private balcony, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and full ensuite bath with double vanities, shower and deep soaking jetted tub to transport you to your own private spa experience anytime of the day. The second master suite features a cozy king bed, flat screen TV, fireplace and ensuite bathroom with a shower. Two guest bedrooms offer queen beds, flat screen TV, and mountain views while the two other bedrooms are perfect for the kids or group with twin/twin bunk beds and a twin trundle and flat screen TV.



Guests benefit from a spacious garage on the ground level floor, and access to ‘overflow’ parking on a first come first serve basis to make your escape to the mountains easy to access. Take advantage of the extra comfortable open storage space, boot dryers and a perfect bench to take off your ski gear after a day on the slopes. Technology features like Sonos and Smart TVs throughout the home make your stay feel comfortable and familiar. Hold your own table-tennis tournaments at the spacious game room, or enjoy a friendly competition at the foosball table. We had a wonderful stay at the Abode property. The house was spacious, clean, and great for families. The kitchen had plenty of cookware/appliances, towels, bedding. The host was readily available and left clear instructions. We enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong. The easy shuttle service made it easy to get to the Canyon slopes. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great property!

Loved our stay! Property was clean, spacious and well appointed. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and then some!! Property managers were very responsive and helpful. Game room and private hot tub, multiple boot warmers and many other welcome touches. We were a group of adults but would be a perfect spot for families with kids. Thanks for a great stay!!

Nice but has some issues

First off, this place is very nice. It is new and modern and very clean. The property management company is excellent and very responsive. The location is pretty good and has a "free" shuttle to the base of the mountain. Free however does not include tips and you will likely spend about $10+ a day in tips going to the base of the mountain. The layout of the place is very odd. Its two 3 bedroom condos with the wall removed on the second level. One kitchen was made into a wet bar. The biggest problem is that unless you like to sleep in rooms that are 80 degrees, you can't get the heat above about 64 on the main level . The thermostats are on the main level and when higher than that, blast heat into the top level. The noise of the road prevents you from sleeping with the windows open too. Also the area that I thought was a basement in the pictures is actually a garage. Although it does have some small wall heaters, it doesn't get that warm and we didn't use it all. We would much rather it be used as a garage as parking is difficult and the driveways are too small to park a car in. So really only has parking for one car. One other annoyance is that the showers have a single fixed half glass panel which makes it difficult to turn on the shower without getting a partially cold shower and the water also spills out on the floor.

Great Condo

This condo was super nice and had all the amenities you could ask for. We had plenty of room for our 6 adults and 5 kids. Beds and bedding are nice. Bath rooms are very modern and nice. Kitchen had everything we needed and accommodated us well. We had a great stay and great skiing.

Beautiful large space with style

We loved this home with the unique layout that let our group of friends all stay in the same place. Beautifully decorated, everything new - it was perfect for us. We had one small need for a coffee pot which was taken care of overnight and the whole team was responsive during our stay. Great location for hikes and a short drive to Main St. for shopping was awesome. Thanks!

Summer weekend family getaway

The property was just as pictured, very clean and comfortable for a large group. Having six bathrooms for our group of 14 was especially nice! The unit was well appointed with towels, linens, full kitchen, laundry, etc. The game room was a huge win for our entire group, but especially nice for the teens. The home has a lot of stairs. It was fine for our group, but if you had elderly or less abled members of your party it wouldn’t be ideal. The pool was nice, but quite small for the amount of units it serves. There aren’t a ton of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but as long as you have a car there are lots of options nearby! Host reached out prior to our visit to make sure we had the information we needed. You definitely want to download the recommended app if you select this property. Overall, beautiful property and a great weekend getaway for our family!

Great 4th if July!

We loved this spacious condo. It was beautiful and the location is outstanding. We enjoyed trail running, mountain biking and beautiful scenery right outside our door. The pool was fun and the hot tub felt great after a day filled with excitement. Highly recommend it.

Spring Ski Vacation

This property is very large and has 6 sleeping area's. Perfect for 2 families since the bedrooms are separated and lots of storage space. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of areas to eat, hang-out or watch TV. The hot tub is right outside for after ski relaxing. The owner and management company respond very quickly and were helpful with all our questions and suggestions for transportion and places to eat. This is a great place to rent and priced much less than similar sized locations in Park City with better access to the mountain.

Perfect for two families

This was a great rental property that was perfect for our two families traveling on a ski vacation. Worked well with toddlers in tow, and location is great for skiing as it was a fantastic proximity to resorts and short drive to stores and Park City Main Street as well. Property designed and decorated very well and quite aesthetically pleasing. Definitely remains in our top list of places to stay whilst traveling in the Park City area!
