Park City is one of the largest, most easily accessible, and kid-friendly ski resorts in the US. Come and visit our new, cozy, and modern 3 bedroom ski-in/ski-out condo in the heart of Canyons Village Park City Mountain, only 30 min from Salt Lake City Airport! The ski run and new 10 person SUNRISE GONDOLA are right outside our window, new for this winter 2025/26! Ski concierge and RENTALS are in our building too! Ski school and the other main gondola (Red Pine) are also steps away. Also you have your own PELOTON bike!

Literally outside our window is the Sunrise 10 person Gondola and the Retreat ski run (blue), so you can ski straight in from the run into the building, or onto the relaxing pool deck to wind down in the hot tubs and heated pool while watching skiers on the mountain, or enjoy apres ski festivities at one of the restaurants steps away. (Some lifts/ ski runs MAY BE CLOSED at times due to weather, lack of snow, or mountain staff issues, including next to us- no refunds).

Our home is a coveted corner unit in the Lift Condos with views of mountains, the village vibrancy, and skiers in their element. Our main balcony overlooks the ski beach below, where people gather and enjoy live music and great food. We are conveniently located on the same floor as the pool deck, steam room, and fitness center.
Our home has 3 bedrooms, all with their own full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has the option of a separate entrance, if desired.
The great room, which includes the living room and kitchen, is one large, open, functional area, for the entire family to enjoy.
There are two balconies to enjoy beautiful views. One is off the great room, and one is off the master bedroom.

THE GREAT ROOM:
The great room is the heart of our home. This large open space includes the kitchen, the dining area, and the living area with beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows and views all throughout. The modern, sleek gas fireplace will keep your family warm and cozy while you're playing board games or snuggling on the sofa. There is also a large SMART TV with Apple TV 4K access, and Netflix, etc. For added convenience, this room has remote-controlled privacy and blackout shades.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need, including a Keurig coffeemaker and various coffees. We also have kids' kitchenware. Eat at the island countertop, or enjoy the large dining table for 8.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS:
3 bed/4 full bath
This home sleeps up to 9 guests between 3 bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa. We also have a PACK-AND-PLAY with extra mattress.

The large master bedroom has a comfortable KING bed, and includes an en-suite bathroom with heated floors, double vanities, soaking tub, and separate shower. It also has a balcony overlooking the ski run, a SMART TV, a humidifier, and blackout and privacy shades. This bedroom also has a PELOTON bike available for your use! Bring your own cycling shoes, or use your regular sneakers with our toe-clips. Log on, and ride!

The second bedroom has a QUEEN bed with a FULL bed bunk above, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, humidifier, privacy and blackout shades, and a SMART TV.

The third bedroom has a KING bed, an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and shower, humidifier, privacy and blackout shades, and a SMART TV. It can also be locked-out from the rest of the home, if desired, and it has a second separate entrance.

There is a fourth full bathroom, near the front door, that includes a shower.

HOME'S AMENITIES:
We have full size washer and dryer with detergent.
Complimentary wi-fi is included.
Apple TV is available.
Nintendo Switch and games are available.
Private PELOTON bike is available.
Plush robes and slippers are available.
Sleds are available.
Board games, Nintendo Switch, and puzzles are available in the cabinets in the living room.
Some remote school supplies are available.
Pack-and-play with extra mattress and highchair are available.

Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized, with enhanced protocols in light of COVID-19.

You will have easy access and communication with us.

BUILDING'S AMENITIES:
Relax after a long day in the pool deck’s heated pool (heated all year round) or in one of the two hot tubs. Cuddle by the firepit and enjoy the scenery.
Start your day in the fitness center just right down the hall, and finish off with the adjacent steam room.

We have a ski valet room on the first floor right off the gondola and ski run, which includes lockers, ski racks, and day-use smaller cubbies.
We have an exclusive on-site partner, Black Tie Rentals, which offers the most convenient ski rental experience by coming to fit you for equipment in your own room and then storing it down in the ski room. They will meet you to switch out any equipment you like throughout your rental period. You can book equipment online or give them a call.
A secure, private ski locker is available.

Secure, covered parking is available for one car, and additional parking may be available depending on space.

We have custom keyless locks with easy check-ins.

THE LOCATION:
The Lift Condos is a new, luxurious ski-in/ski-out development in Canyons Village Park City Mountain. It is located up the mountain in the heart of the ski area, right next to Sunrise chairlift and soon to be new 10 person gondola, and also within walking distance from multiple other ski lifts, including the heated, covered, Orange Bubble Express, and the Red Pine Gondola, which take you up to access over 4000 acres of skiable terrain. The ski/snowboard school is also steps away, as is upscale shopping and fine dining. In addition to skiing and snowboarding, snowmobiling and cross-country skiing are also nearby. There is also a bus to the iconic Main Street with more boutiques and restaurants.

In the warmer months, there is also plenty to do in Park City. There are many hiking trails nearby, and fishing, and biking. Also, the beautiful Canyons Golf Course, with incredible views of the Wasatch and Uinta mountains, is steps away. In the village, there is also a mini-golf area, which is perfect for the kiddos. The Alpine Slide, Mountain Coaster, and Zipline are also fun for the kiddos! And don't forget to check out the hot springs near us.

Home away from home

This property was everything we were looking for and more! We traveled with 6 adult kids (18-24) and there was something for everyone. The layout of the unit was great! It offered privacy in the 3 spacious bedrooms but also boasts an amazing family / living area with picture perfect views of the Park City vibe. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to travel to Park City and we will be visiting again! Mia is an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the logistics of planning the stay as easy as possible!

Wonderful Ski in/ Ski out Condo in Canyons

Our family loved our Spring Break stay in the condo ! Wonderful set up with plenty of bathrooms and comfortable beds. The spacious living room was a great place to gather and the views are just as beautiful as shown! The owners have thought of every detail needed - even provided a couple kids sleds for sledding right out the door that our kids loved at end of day! They also provide a ski valet right off slopes on first floor to keep your boots and equipment overnight so less carrying equipment ! Excellent communication with total ease at every turn. This is 5 star condo and we will definitely stay here again!

Perfect ski trip

We came in for a pretty quick trip. You could ask for a better location. Proximity to slopes and food are fantastic. The place itself is also great. The rooms are spacious and the amenities perfect with bathrooms for all and ski valet makes the process easy. We will be back!
