It is a four minute walk to the free bus stop which can take you to either resort or town.

Before you book, please know the following:

The garage height is 73 inches. It is low. It is good for cars, but all SUVS should be parked in the driveway.

This is a four level townhouse including the garage level. There are a lot of steps to climb.

There are two video cameras mounted on the outside of the house. One by the front door and one by the garage. These are in place to be sure our home stays secure and none of our rules are broken. There are no cameras inside the house.

Place was amazing, great location, walking distance to Main Street and perfect for a family with kids. I’ll definitely be checking with Mike (owner) about coming back during snowboarding season this year. Lacrosse Tournament Weekend

My son had a lacrosse tournament, and we were looking for a relaxing place to stay that would provide some entertainment when he wasn't playing a game. This condo was perfect! It's close to downtown and all the amenities in Park City. It was well-equipped with all the things you need to have a good weekend. It was clean and well-kept. We were able to enjoy all the games, have a comfortable place to come back to and relax, and then be able to adventure during downtime.

Comfortable & Well Equipped

Our group of four enjoyed our stay at this condominium. The unit seems to have everything that one would want; comfortable beds, good showers, fast, Internet, and a well equipped kitchen.As was described., There are many steps to negotiate, but having the bedrooms on separate floor floors allows everyone to spread out and enjoy privacy and quiet. The location is close to town and access is easy.The owner is extremely responsive and professional, in every way. All of our questions were answered and instructions for use were very clear.

Lovely place in Park City!

Really enjoyed this multi-floor condo, and it’s a beautiful and very comfortable place! It’s decorated in a modern way, and the kitchen provided everything we needed. The owner was very communicative when we had questions, which was very appreciated. Getting the temperature right (with three floors) is a bit tricky, but that’s completely usual when there’s that many levels. Would definitely recommend!

Great spot for Deer Valley/Park City Getaway

This was a great location for our family. Place was clean and well appointed. Living room was bright and open and a great spot to read a book after skiing. We loved the proximity to downtown, just a 7-10 min walk to main street. Also great bus access to hop in the free city bus to take you up to Deer Valley Resort which is only a few minutes away. We would love to come back to this spot and stay longer! This is a tall/skinny place with 4 levels. I could see that being a problem for those that don't like stairs, but for us, it created a nice separation from living spaces, kids, and common areas.
