This unique home, a former artist’s atelier redesigned in the 60s, offers generous volumes, beautiful natural light, and a stunning private terrace—a true oasis in the city, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing after a day exploring Paris.

The house is spread over two levels and is ideal for families or groups:
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living area with fireplace, multiple lounge and dining spaces, and a fully equipped open kitchen leading directly onto the terrace.
There is also a bedroom with direct terrace access, featuring an en-suite bathroom with shower and double sink, offering privacy and comfort.
Upstairs, the house offers three additional bedrooms:
Two bedrooms with double beds
One bedroom with a single bed
You will also find:
One bathroom with bathtub and toilet
One bathroom with shower
