Welcome to Place de la République! Located at the heart of Paris' city center my modern and stylish 3 apartments rented together, perfect for those traveling with big families or groups of friends. The charming private garden situated in the middle of all three units will be the perfect base point to discover the city and relaxing after an intense day of exploring the French capital!
Spacious and central, this apartment will be the ideal retreat for your family holidays in Paris!
The Space:
Welcome to this 157m2, spacious and bright flats, next to the emblematic center of République, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city.
The apartment is divided into three separate units; I am renting all three apartments as a whole unit (completely private for your stay). It has been under another owners management, as new owner of the apartment I will make sure you have even a more memorable stay with me!
The apartments have a total a capacity for up to 17 people distributed as follows:

- Bedroom: 1 double bed
- Mezzanine: 2 individual beds (lower hight)
- Full bathroom

- The apartments are accessed via a very nice and quiet interior garden, ideal for a morning coffee or a glass of wine after all day sightseeing (the patio is not private! it is shared with the neighbors above).
- No steps to reach the apartment! Wheelchair accessible and wide clearance to bedrooms and bathrooms.
- AC mini-splits located in common areas and rooms!
- Cinema screen by the main living room! (please consider some of the TVs by the mezzanine rooms have been removed).
- Spacious living room with an open layout to a well equipped kitchen
- Fans provided in every bedroom and closet space for unpacking, feel right at home!
- Laptop friendly workspace by the living room, plenty of natural light, ideal for working remotely!
- 3 full bathrooms and guests bathroom
- Paid parking off premises - walking distance from the apartment.

- Fresh linens and bath towels will be provided.
- My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay

Guest Access:
- The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy!
- After your reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to self-register via the Chekin platform, where you will need to register all guests and pay the mandatory tourist taxes.
- Virtual keys will be provided on your check-in day.
- During your reservation you will have 24/7 assistance from me and my team!
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is only 130 meters away from Metro Line 5 Station Jacques Bonsergent and is a short walk to Canal St. Martin and Republique. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes around the area.
Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS ***
- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. The introduction of a tourist tax makes it possible to avoid having to bear the costs linked to tourist activity in the area solely on the local taxpayer. Thus, revenue from the tourist tax is entirely allocated to the development of tourism infrastructure and the promotion of the territory. The promotion of Parisian tourism is therefore directly financed by the tourist tax, paid by tourists, and not by local tax.
- This contribution is mandatory for all adult guests and is calculated based on a percentage basis according to the number of nights and night rates of your reservation. The maximum amount per person / per night is 15.93 EUR. You can check all the information at Taxe de séjour PARIS.
- National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

Check-in time is at 17:00
Check-out time is at 11:00 (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100⏠charge per hour late)
*** HOUSE RULES ***
1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 600âŹ.
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100⏠charge per key lost.
5. No smoking on interior areas.
6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it to the garbage room inside the courtyard. There is direct access to the courtyard from the apartment.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
