Welcome to this spacious and bright flat, next to Place de l'Italie and the emblematic center of Paris, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city.
The apartment has been under another owners management, you can see some of the amazing reviews on the listing pictures; as new owner of the apartment I will make sure you have even a more memorable stay!
This tastefully decorated and huge apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet Parisian neighborhood. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, ideal for groups and big families!
The apartment has a capacity for up to 10 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:

- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (160x200cm)
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (160x200cm) accessed via a narrow staircase
- Living room: double sofa bed

4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. No smoking on interior areas.
6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it to the garbage room inside the courtyard. There is direct access to the courtyard from the apartment.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
