This was a really special place. It was perfect for our family of 11, in a fantastic neighborhood, so close to a metro station, grocery store and bakery. Lots of restaurants nearby also. The apartment was stocked with everything as far as dishes, cutlery and glasses. Having a dishwasher was appreciated. Everything is just as it is pictured and a special bonus was how quiet it was. The owners were great, very accommodating to us when we had a glitch in our travel arrangements. I highly recommend!

Amazing Property and Hosts - Perfect for Large Family

We had an incredible experience. Our family of 7 stayed, and the property was outstanding. Excellent location—right next to M2 metro stop, and in short walking distance to shops on Charonne. The hosts were responsive and courteous. It was very kid friendly. For a large group, especially Americans used to having for bathrooms, it was very convenient—multiple showers and toilets in separate rooms. Kitchen and was spacious and well-equipped. Several grocery stores and speciality food stops near by. We cooked 1-2 meals a day. We loved the location and would highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Paris

This very comfortable and well equipped apartment. It's located very near a Metro station for easy access to the Paris area or bus routes if you prefer.

Excellent!!!!

We were a family of 8 on a revisit of Paris after my daughter and her husband had lived there for a year 20 years ago. It was special to bring back their 3 children along with my son and girlfriend. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our group with plenty of room and privacy at the same time. The location is outstanding with a grocery/convenience store, several restaurants and a bakery across the street as well as a Metro station on the corner. Surrounding neighborhood also has wonderful surprises on every street. It was also close enough to take the Metro easily to other areas. I highly recommend this apartment for any larger group. the hosts are excellent!

Great place to stay!

Our group of 7 stayed here for a week in June. The apartment is clean, we had plenty of room, and everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. The metro is steps away. There are several good restaurants across the street and a small grocery store next door. Maitis and Jerome are great hosts, very helpful when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Apartment

We stayed in this apartment for one week. There were 7 of us; four adults and three children ages 10, 8 and 7. The bunk bed room allowed all the cousins to stay together although they live all over the world and rarely see each other. The four adult rooms were generous size with lots of storage. The bathrooms were exceptional with large showers, modern towel warmers and tile floors. All of them were immaculate. The two small washrooms with just a sink and toilet worked so well to allow all of us easy access to the toilet. Working with this owner was delightful and they responded quickly and thoroughly. I would stay her again in a minute.

Easy convenient medical stay

Amazing First-Time Visit to Paris!

We were a group of 5 female family members ranging in age from 28 to 65 years. This 2nd floor unit is just like the pictures 
 if not better! We all appreciated the spaciousness of the unit plus the ability for all of us to have our own bedroom. The apartment is very well equipped and the property manager was always responsive to my emails. There was a nice pastry shop across the street, a grocery store next door, and several reasonably-priced restaurants very close by. Metro couldn’t be closer so getting around was very easy!! Everyone in our group was extremely pleased with our accommodations, and would highly recommend to anyone interested!!

Great flat in a wonderful neighborhood

This apartment was perfect for our recent family trip to Paris. The location is convenient to the metro and many local shops, bars, and restaurants. For a larger group; this is a perfect choice.

Paris Perfect

The apartment was fabulous. It is very spacious and clean. There is a lot of light and the furnishings are lovely. The beds are all very comfortable and the bathrooms great. We booked for a month and there were 4 to 5 of us staying. The apartment can accommodate many more but since we were going to be there for such a long time we wanted the space. The location is also ideal. There is the grocery next door and bakery right across the street. There are several very good and reasonably priced restaurants very close. The 11th is a great area
lots of good shopping and eating. The metro was right around the corner so we ventured into every corner of Paris. We also took several day trips on the train. The transportation there is wonderful and we didn’t need a car. Our hosts were very responsive when we had questions and also had suggestions for everything in a book they leave in the apartment. We all agreed we would love to come back.

Best Vrbo listing I've ever stayed in

Our group was three generations of family - teens to grandmother - having an end of summer week in Paris. This apartment is even better than the photos suggest. It is meticulously clean, fresh, well-appointed, secure and very quiet, off its own courtyard off the street. Bedrooms are quiet and separated from the living area, and separate showers and toilets meant no-one was ever in line for the bathrooms! We elected to rent an apartment with air-conditioning, and were glad we did, since our week was quite hot, and the AC worked beautifully. The location is excellent. Though it's a little outside of the city center, a metro station is steps from the front door, as are a bakery, a small but well-stocked grocery store, and several cafes, and the area felt quite safe for 6 women to be walking around in the evening. We did not use the kitchen for much more than morning coffee, but it was well stocked. We had a tiny issue with the air conditioning, which was immediately addressed by our host, who was professional, friendly, and responsive from booking until departure. Am hoping we will come to Paris again soon to be able to stay in this wonderful apartment, and would stay in any of our host's other listings based on the quality of this stay.

Family Trip

A great location for access to the Metro, yet quiet and felt away from the rush. Lots of room to be together, but also to spread out and be alone. The air conditioning stopped working while we were there, but Maitis was easy to get hold of, quick to respond and arrange for someone to look at it.

Great for large group

Grocery just next door, a few bakeries , restaurants , 3-5mins away , metro #2 - 4 mins away, bus 69 take you directly to the 7th arrondissement in 50 mins. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine works well , dryer takes long time but can hang out to dry on rack, apartment very secure, air conditioning in individual room.

Perfect Paris flat!

This was a perfect place for 10
..grandparents, parents and grandchildren. The flat has bedrooms at rear and kitchen/living room at front separated by 5 bathrooms! so there was no need to creep around and not wake the wee ones. Beds were very comfortable, linens crisp, bathrooms well appointed. Kitchen had most of what we needed to cook basic meals. Immediately outside (within steps) were a grocery store, a boulangerie and a metro station. The whole thing was flawless and we would highly recommend it.

Wonderful Apartment!

This apartment was wonderful for our reunion with friends! The apartment looks just like the photos. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment is very well appointed, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We cooked most of our dinners at the apartment. Shopping was very easy, there is a grocery store and a bakery right outside the door! Also, the metro entrance is also right outside! We enjoyed walking from the apartment to the Bastille and the Marais. We felt very safe and the building is quiet. I would absolutely stay here again!

Business trip in the heart of Paris

Amazing apartment, in a nice and quiet Parisian neighborhood, very close to the metro station. The space is new and ultra clean, decorated with taste, and extremely comfy. The hosts put a lot of efforts into details, and I had a great communication with the hosts, before and during our stay. It was a very pleasant stay!
