Marvel at the beautifully intricate cornices, the gorgeous vintage mirrors atop ornate fireplaces and the parquet wooden flooring, or step outside and experience Paris at its very best. Located in the 8th arrondissement in the capital's so called 'Golden Triangle', a quick stroll in one direction will take you to the Seine, while the opposite will lead you to the Arc de Triomphe - or if you want to stay in, enjoy a drink in the building's beautiful shared garden.
LIVING ROOM
The formal living room acts as this homeâs beating heart: right in the centre, its grandeur makes it a true standout. The elaborate parquet flooring, the panelled walls and moulded ceilings, the stylish but cosy furnishings â all are incredibly detailed, and all illuminated by a stunning chandelier and the light pouring in from the two full-height windows. Move through a set of doors to the right and arrive in the less formal sitting room, where a large sofa (which converts to a single bed) faces a TV atop the mantelpiece and a small table provides a place to host small meals or informal gatherings.
DINING ROOM
For the more dignified meals and gatherings, the dedicated dining room is the place to be: centred by a large ovate timber table sitting under an ornate chandelier, this is the perfect place for formal meals and entertainment.
KITCHEN
Where the living and dining rooms are intricate and embellished, the kitchen is sleek and modern. Boasting a large island finished with a black stone countertop and an overhang to accommodate two stools, thereâs plenty of room to manoeuvre in here.
