Property Details:

This 62-sqm apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator. The open-plan living, dining and home office area is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washer and drying rack for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



Both bedrooms face the interior courtyard and are furnished with comfortable double beds with quality mattresses. All bedding and linens are provided and you'll find the beds neatly made on arrival. There is ample storage space for your belongings. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full bathroom accessible via the hallway/kitchen area with a bathtub/shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

- Damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Located in the heart of the 8th Arrondissement of Paris, the beautiful historical railway station Saint Lazare is steps away and should not be missed by architecture lovers. This area is also just a 10 minute’s walk from one of the most popular shopping streets in the world, the Champs-ElysĂ©es. Stop and shop at the famous Louis Vuitton and Chanel boutiques or satisfy your sweet tooth with a stop at LadurĂ©e for some tasty macarons. At the top of the Champs Elysees lies the monumental Arc de Triomphe. Offering gorgeous views of the whole city and Eiffel Tower, this is a truly unique and gorgeous landmark. Within walking distance, you also have the legendary OpĂ©ra Garnier, stunning shopping temple Galeries Lafayette with it's vast dome that is lit up for the end of year celebrations, and Madeleine. You are also just a stone’s throw from Parc Monceau. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from surrounding the apartment, including classic French bistros and brasseries, Michelin-starred restaurants or even just a quick sandwich at a cafĂ© – you will be spoilt for choice. Equally, the supermarket is close by where you can buy all the ingredients to prepare a meal in the kitchen. If you prefer to reach your destinations a little faster, just steps from the apartment’s front door is the Metro stationSaint-Lazare (Lines 3, 12,13, 14). This will allow you to easily access many other top Paris attractions, such as the Eiffel Tower, Le Marais district, the Pompidou Centre, SacrĂ© Coeur, Notre Dame, Saint Germain and many more. The Line 1 will also allow for quick transfers to the central RER stations that give you links to the Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.

Great stay overall. Check-in was easy, and the deposit was refunded quickly. The kitchen was well equipped, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the place was spotless. It’s in a great spot, close to public transport, a supermarket, and just a short walk from the main attractions.

Do not rent this property!! I was unable to access the unit on the first night due to a problem with the key kiosk used by the owner to dispense the key. It was inconvenient as the kiosk was blocks away from the apartment. When I arrived, the kiosk was out of order and I could not get the key! It was late at night and no one would meet me with a key. I was assured if I got a hotel I would be compensated. The next day the owner refused to credit back the first night and indicated I needed to seek reimbursement from the kiosk company (keycafe) as the apartment was ready and the inability to get a key was not their fault. My hotel was in excess of the first night’s stay. I only asked to be credited back what I paid the owner for that night. The refusal is ridiculous. I stayed 8 of the 9 nights booked. The bathroom toilet area had prolific mold and there was wet toilet paper available for use but no soap or any other amenities. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. However, the absolute refusal to credit back the first night is unconscionable. I am blessed a could afford a hotel in the area so I didn’t have to spend the night on the street. I traveled 15 hours to get to Paris and another hour to the apartment. I was prepared to drag my suitcase several blocks late at night after accessing the keys from a kiosk (in a laundry mat no less) However I was not prepared to find the kiosk out of order and no other option to get in. I am still without compensation.

Great Find Near Haussmann Galeries Lafayette

Lovely property, perfect for any length of stay. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a simple meal, including basic utensils, cookware, and a kettle. It was a treat to find a flat with two equally comfortable double beds, ensuring everyone had a good night's sleep. Having towels provided was also a pleasant bonus. The location is fantastic, very close to Haussmann Galeries Lafayette, within walking distance. It's also conveniently situated near several metro stations, making it easy to explore the rest of Paris. There are plenty of cafes, bakeries, and supermarkets nearby, so you’ll never be short of options for food and essentials. The check-in process was straightforward with clear instructions provided in advance. The host was responsive and available to answer any questions we had during our stay.
