This fully equipped loft is in the one of most desirable areas to live in paris . The Oberkampf district. Public transportation is dense with 5 metro lines at walking distance. At the end of the block you will find the popincourt market which is a very active open air market open every tuesday and friday mornings. 4 excellent bakers in the same block ( even for parisian standards it is outstanding ) a large supermaket and a great selection of bistrots and restaurants. The loft consists of a main room with a fully equipped kitchen ( including a dishwasher and a combo oven) , a table for 6, a very comfortable quality hotel queen size bed ( 160*200 cm ) and a very large closet . on the other side there are twin beds for two persons . There are two full bathrooms each one with a shower and one of them has a separate toilet . All windows have electrical blinds and there is a washer in the apartment and a laundrymat steps away .The loft lies on the back of a XIX century building at the ground floor and opens on a tree plantered and flowered courtyard. You are therefore away from street noise.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 100pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 100pm.

Even Better!

Je voulais louer un "vrai" appartement parisien, et non pas un endroit sans Ăąme, comme la plupart des logements Ă  Paris maintenant. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© les dĂ©tails qui rendent cet endroit trĂšs confortable. Le 11e est un arrondissement sympa sans ĂȘtre trop snob. Et bien apprĂ©ciĂ© les conseils de Nicolas qui nous a accueilli et mĂȘme livrĂ© un magnifique repas vĂ©gan !

The apartment is wonderfully quiet and private and had a very eclectic style for our Parisian trip. Plenty of space to spread out and the kitchen was well set up for dining in. The location is also ideal and it’s very close to multiple metro lines, lively food shops and markets.

Lovely and stylish studio. The main bed is pretty comfortable. Our 5 year old also liked his bed. Nice amenities and super close to great food as well as the metro. We would definitely stay here again.

Very unique loft in nice neighborhood of Paris. Very secure location as you had to enter two locked gates to get to the loft. Conveniently located close to the metro, as well as many restaurants and shops. The loft was very quiet. Olivier was an excellent host with exceptional English skills. He helped us with any questions we had. The only downside was the living room furniture was uncomfortable.

The property was in a quiet area, but was still walkable to main attractions. It was clean, the property manager was very kind, the only negative is that it was extremely humid and smelled like humidity/mold.

Excellent location and beautiful property. Very comfortable and well appointed for our family of four. The local market twice weekly was an added bonus. Easy access to the Metro. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this home! It was so nice and quiet and tucked away that we slept wonderfully. Oliver met us on arrival to show us around which was very helpful. There were so many restaurants nearby that we never had to go far to find good food. The supermarket across the street was an added bonus and the train stations are only minutes away. Don't miss one of the neighborhood markets! They are close by and have everything you can imagine. This place was a perfectly located homebase for us as we discovered Paris! I would recommend it to anyone!

Great location and quiet apartment

This apartment is in a great location in Paris and easily walkable to Metro stations. Plus it sits back from the street, very quiet from early evening and all through the night. We stayed five days here in May 2025 and having this relaxing apartment to return to each evening after wandering the city very much added to our enjoyment of the city.

Great neighborhood and comfortable apartment

My daughters and I stayed at the property for one week in May. The apartment was a great mix of modern and historical, with stone and brick walls, but built in refrigerator and dishwasher. The beds are comfortable and there is a good amount of space for four people to spread out. The neighborhood is great! The cafe in front of the building has delicious breakfast/lunch (closed Tuesdays) and it is a short walk to many more restaurants and shops. There is a great crepe place about five minutes away - we went almost every day! The market on Friday and Tuesday is fun - we bought lots of fresh fruit and enjoyed seeing all the vendors (mostly food, but some merchandise as well).There are several metro stations nearby so it is easy to get around to sightseeing both within the city and to Disney Paris and Giverny.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood

Stayed at this property for 11 nights in December. It was a perfect home base for our visit to Paris. This ground level apartment was clean and comfortable. Located in the Oberkampf district, there are a wide variety of dining choices, supermarkets, boulangeries, and bars to choose from. While we spent our days touring greater Paris, we found ourselves spending our evenings in the neighborhood.There M5 and M9 metro lines are an easy walk from the property, allowing us to travel easily around Paris, and to get to the apartment from the airport.The Host of the property met us at check-in and responded very quickly to any questions we had. A big thank you to our Host.We enjoyed our stay and I would stay at this property again when in Paris.

Just Amazing

Such a beautiful property! Was exactly as shown in the ad. Host was accommodating and friendly. Place was clean and well appointed, in a wonderful area which was close to Metros, shops and restaurants. It was quiet and located within a courtyard. Modern AND charming. Would rebook in a heartbeat!

Great Oberkampf Loft

The loft is just amazing! We found it clean, well kept, well stocked and a fun vibe that added to our Paris vacation. The location is well suited for Metro travel as well as walking down to the city center (just 30 minutes to Île de la CitĂ©). Oliver make the check-in and check-out process as quick and easy as possible. The loft is also nestled in a quiet courtyard away from the street - we heard nothing.

Firstly I want to say Olivier is a star and did a great job at being responsive to the issues in the apartment which are not his fault. The apartment is spacious and roomy and well designed but the big catch is that the owners need to make a concerted effort to dry the place out completely to rid it self of moisture and mildew. It is a garden floor apt but it felt like it was 10 feet below ground in terms of dampness/mildew vibe. Olivier kindly purchased a dehumidifier ( with some $ assistance from myself because I knew I couldn’t stay the week with you some dryness) also unfortunately as a result of being a garden apt there are some small flies that gather around any bright screen ( phone / laptop)in the darkness like a camping trip - and the towels were damp when I arrived in the apartment- if I was the owners I would invest in some fans and another industrial dehumidifier and some spray for bugs and get a new towel cleaning service. if this apartment was dried out and bug free it would be a dream

Great Loft for Paris

We enjoyed our time at the loft in Oberkampf. The apartment is spacious and comfortable for a couple or small group of good friends. Two bathrooms with excellent showers were a plus! The location is great, easily accessible to the Metro and bus system for sightseeing around Paris. The 11th Arr is a gem and the apartment’s location let us take advantage of local restaurants, groceries and shops. Olivier is a great host and very responsive.

Amazing trip to Paris!

Spent 9 nights here as our home away from home in Paris with our two teens. Plenty of room to spread out- the lift was bright and roomy. Court yard outside was beautiful, did not feel like we were in the city yet it was just outside. Bed was very comfy, kids slept fine on single and single cot. Wall dividing the area gave us some privacy, especially since my husband and I are early risers and they are not. Loved the neighborhood- the cafe two doors down was perfect for coffee in the morning and a block away were some fantastic bakeries. Would definitely stay here again!

Cool apartment!

Had a lovely stay in this uber cool apartment, in a fantastic area of Paris. Only small gripes were dirty pans and lack of a dishwasher tablet or two (suspect the two may be related!). Thanks to Olivier for coming at very short notice when we were leaving so we could retrieve our phones which we'd left inside - very helpful indeed :)

Great spot in the 11th

The property was a perfect spot for us. The Oberkampf district is lively and fun, with lots of choices for food and drinks. Close to a couple of different metro stations, and walking distance to Le Marais.
